basically, she has these random movements or verbal outbursts that she really cant control called tics. they happen like blinking happens to you and me. she can try to stop it and if she can control it, she can almost get them to completely stop. but obviously its a major disadvantage. so i thot that would be fun. (plus ive been meaning to make a chara with tourettes for a long time now)

When I get REALLY mad, that kinda happens to my nose. It just starts twitching randomly, and it's really annoying.
