[[Oh, by the way, guys, interaction between characters might be a little low in this RP. x3 Because of all the business and such, especially at night. But I was once in an RP where the characters wandered all over a country, each sort of wrapped up in their own story, sometimes interacting with each other or joining together. It was actually a lot of fun, believe it or not. xD So...just keep trying to get involved, and keep going?
Wait, what? I'm sorry, I guess I'm not especially articulate today. xD I probably just confused more people...]]
Ankica
A fight was breaking out. Ankica shrunk away, afraid and worried. I was awful the way that man was shouting about the freaks, but she wasn't going to get involved. After all, she was one of those freaks. She hurried away faster, trying to remain unseen. Unfortunately, Ankica's speed caused her hood to fall off, and her unnaturally colored hair glinted in the firelight. Panicking, she pulled up her hood again, looked around, hoping no one saw. She ducked between people in the crowd.
She never saw the young man who was following her...
[[Sorry, Ankica's a bit of a wimp when it actually comes to doings things. x3]]
Andrew
"Wanna see time stopped? Wanna see the very thing that keeps life going altered? This way, this way!"
Andrew waited on on a wooden box. He had hired the boy as his caller. Some performers did their calling themselves, but Andrew had never managed to be loud or forceful enough. And so he waited. He felt the mental walls going up, seperating him from the real him. He wasn't Andrew anymore; he was the time-manipulating freak.
When a large enough crowd arrived, he slowly bowed. Then he began. He slowed time to a halt, the sounds fading away. He would start small. He turned around on his box, facing the other direction. Time resumed.
Andrew heard the whispers: "Wait..." "Wasn't he..." "Oh, wow...wha...?" A few coins clinked in his box.
He smiled, bowed, and stopped time again. He turned back around and jumped off his box. Started time again, more coins.
Did it again, moved farther away, more coins.
Did it again, grabbed a feather from a man's hat, waved it to a laughing crowd, more coins.
Finally, he was ready for the finale.
"Who would like to come outside of time with me?" he asked, bowing at a group of giggling young ladies. Andrew never would have been able to do that in real life without turning the color of a ripe cherry tomato. He waited for a volunteer.
[[If one of the hider freaks wants to volunteer, that would be pretty awesome. :D If not, he'll just pick a normal person~]]
