Faye stood and looked down at Alice, laughing. She covered her mouth as she laughed. “Don’t worry, I understand. Your Sylveon is extremely adorable.” She said, joining the fellow trainer on the floor. She glanced up at the sky that shone bright in her eyes, casting a glow over her amber eyes. Bringing a hand up to her forehead to block out the sun, Faye looked back down at the white and black masses dancing around each other. Shadow took playful jabs with his nose at Priscilla, making a joyful noise as his slightly larger form bounced around her. The Unova champion turned back to the girl she was sitting next to. “I’m Faye Emille, nice to meet you…” Faye let her voice trail off, giving the girl time to introduce herself if she wanted.

As Priscilla was playing around with the Umbreon, making cute and joyful noises while imitating her new friend's movements, Alice just watched for a moment with a small laugh. "Yeah, I guess," she said in response to the trainer's comment... "At least when she's not being a rascal."
She watched as the girl sat down beside her, and crossed her legs casually while she continued to watch her Sylveon having fun with another pokemon. Upon hearing the girl introduce herself, she turned to her with a smile and finished her sentence for her. "Alice Baudelaire... But you can just call me Alice."
The short-haired girl then held out a hand for a handshake.

He really hadn't noticed that Erika had been sitting nearby when he had come up nor had he caught her looking in his direction. For a champion, he was rather oblivious at times. Laying across the lounger chair, he silently hoped this trip would be over soon. Having been on the boat since it had picked up the Kanto and Johto trainers, he was more than ready to get off and be over his seasickness. Groaning softly at the thought of it, he threw an arm over his eyes. He was far too distracted by his own discomfort to notice that one of the balls on his bag had begun to shake. Within seconds, the ball burst open and out came his Typhlosion. Feeling the large Pokemon land on his stomach, he yelped out in surprise and quickly threw his arm down to see what had landed on him. Before he even had time to see the Typhlosion, the Pokemon leaned down and rammed his head into Gold's chest. "Geez, you almost gave me a heart attack, Typhlosion," he grumbled as he pushed the Pokemon off him. He couldn't understand how his starter could be so fully of energy on a ship when he was already so drained. As he pushed himself up into a sitting position, he noticed the Latios looking toward him and he quirked a brow. Had that been there before he laid down?

Catching himself staring, he averted his gaze away. He knew it was rude of him to stare. Looking back toward his Typhlosion he gave his partner an unamused look. The look seemed to not phased the Pokemon as his attention shifted had now shifted to where Gold had previously been looking. The fire type cocked his head before moving forward toward the legendary and its trainer curiosity. The Johto champion's expression almost instantly dropped. "I apologize for him." His words were directed toward the girl sitting near the legendary, figuring that she was its trainer.

Hearing that the other had the same concerns as she did was a relief. "Maybe we're just overthinking it. Maybe this is a way of giving us a break and allowing us to connect with some of the trainers in our regions," she said. It wasn't often that the champions got a break from work anyways. Nearly all her travels had to do with her position as champion and nothing more. She felt that she was probably overthinking the whole situation at this point. There was no way they would be suggested to bring other trainers and put them in danger. It seemed like a dumb move by the Pokemon Leagues. She wouldn't doubt their judgement in doing this. Looking back toward Riley, she noticed the Pikachu watching the Vaporeon intently, though he kept his perch on the railing. It seemed that the other Pokemon was intent on playing while Riley was amused by just watching for the time being. Rolling her eyes at her companion, she pushed her coat back to reveal the other pokeballs along her belt before he pulled one off. "Here, since Riley isn't being playful, I think I have the perfect friend for you." Tossing the ball up, a beam of light was released from it before her Glaceon emerged and landed before the other Eeveelution. Luci was the only other Pokemon she still had from Kanto with her, though she had originally been an Eevee and hadn't been used much on Caitlyn's team in Kanto. None of her current Pokemon besides Riley had been used back then.

Looking at the Vaporeon, Luci gave a small flick of her tail before lowering herself into a pouncing position. Unlike the Pikachu, she was quite the playful one. Riley had always been one of the champion's more serious Pokemon. Like trainer, like Pokemon they always said.

A mareep. That seemed like a fitting Pokemon for a child. They were rather cute and from what she had learned they were easy to care for. Moving over to one of the desks in the room, she grabbed a form off it and returned to the main table with it. "A mareep. Alright, I can get you that and I will put this Pokemon under my name so you don't have to deal with waiting forever for it. I know that's probably breaking some rule, but it is the least I can do," she replied, scribbling down the Pokemon's name and who was requesting it on the paper. As long as the leader didn't come in and catch her doing such a thing she would be fine. Azure highly doubted that Alistair would protest to her helping the child out in this situation. "Any specific color choices you want? And a specific gender?" Looking toward the girl, she was curious to hear exactly what she was thinking. Normally the grunts were overly creative with their choices, but she figured Amaryllis still had that creativity all children seemed to carry. Maybe she would want it fluffier than a normal Mareep or maybe just the opposite. Maybe she wanted it to be pink like its shiny form. The possibilities were truly endless when it came to cloning. That was what truly intrigued her and kept her wanting to work for Team Clone. Though evil organizations were all she knew, she still felt that she could probably redeem herself. Then she remembered what she was apart of here. They would be attacking every region. Although she may not agree with such fully, she never voiced such things. There were some things she'd love to change in the regions, but maybe this was the only way to go about it. The cloning was what had truly interested and the team provided her with a home.

erika stared at gold and his typhlosion, the fire type reminding her of the way nike acted. when the badger-like pokemon approached her, she merely lifted out a hand to let him sniff it. "it's okay. my typhlosion does the same." erika stated bluntly, her steek colored eyes analyzing gold. "i'm erika nakamura." she added, blinking at the typhlosion and looking back at zeus, who offered part of the candy bar to the typhlosion. it wasn't normal for him to just give things to other pokemon like that—usually he just tried to attack them in order to protect erika. zeus was a very serious pokemon because he was always protecting his sister, latias, from harm. now it was his duty to protect her, or so he thought. maybe he wasn't as scary as she thought.. maybe the champion of johto would be nice, perhaps. the young woman was trying to keep her cool and stay quiet, but she began to speak anyway. "i can't wait to get off of this boat. what's your opinion about being here?" erika couldn't stop the question from slipping out, which frustrated her a bit. it wasn't like her to do this, especially near somebody like gold. how could she screw this up and this conversation had barely begun? how was that even possible? she tried looking as formal as possible, but she had a feeling it would look odd. champions were just normal people with a high title. she had to treat gold like that, like a normal person. erika brushed her red hair out of her face, sending out her typhlosion as well. maybe nike would make a good friend for gold's typhlosion if she didn't lose her temper quickly.

erika watched as zeus hovered near the two fire types, and she almost flinched when zeus nudged nike playfully. "nike, zeus.. don't play on the boat. we'll do that when we get to acrea. i promise." her voice lacked emotion in a way, and her eyes seemed dull, too. i think i'm spacing out. maybe it's just seasickness.. she felt the boat rock up and tried not to flinch again, hoping that she wouldn't get sick on the boat. erika had a feeling that she shouldn't show that she was feeling sick to anybody, especially gold. he was her idol—she couldn't do that. slumping down in her seat, erika's eyes shifted away from gold and back to him, and a faint smile crossed her face. maybe it was better to look happy than to be all cold. maybe that would make the setting just a little bit less gloomy.

amaryllis jumped up and down happily, her brown hair bouncing up and down with her. "awesome! i want a light gray mareep with white fur, and pastel yellow instead of its normal yellow for the stripes. its tail tip will also be a darker yellow instead of orange! she'll be a female, too." the girl replied happily, nodding her head. "also, can she have extra fluffy fur? that'd be really cute!" amaryllis thought about everything she could do with the mareep, but the fluffy fur idea stuck to her. she loved fluffy things, and cute things! this mareep would be the perfect combination of both of those things. suddenly, she thought back on the name she had picked and decided that maybe that wasn't the best name in the world. hmm.. i'll actually name her diane! that's amazing! it seemed cute enough to fit a pokemon like her. amaryllis actually liked it! it was a good name that had a nice ring to it. she imagined what the mareep's fur would feel like.. probably like a cloud. no, more fluffy than a cloud. she'd be a cutie. just thinking of the mareep made her happy still. amaryllis couldn't believe that she had been smiling for this long. it was crazy to thing that a mareep would make somebody so joyful. the pokemon's name echoed in her head, and amaryllis still bounced up and down. obviously happy. amaryllis yawned and closed her eyes, stopping her jumping momentarily.

Upon hearing the voice of another person, Maira turned around to see who was there. She only knew one of the Cjampions, the one from Orre, so she wasn’t sure if this person was one of the Champions or one of the other chosen trainers. But she’d have to ask about that later. “Oh, hi” she gives a small wave, and then she glances back at Psya and Daia who were also walking over to see who this person was. Sky lands on Maira’s head, and Maira shows a small smile “I’m from Orre so... This is my whole team. It’s not much but we work together really well” and then she picks up Daia to make sure he wouldn’t fall as he could be quite clumsy sometimes.

Illusion nodded, and followed the two females back into the lab. Yes, it was true that Serena wanted to go over some of the newer notes, so she might as well get that done while Illusion was there. Grabbing the notebook with the words “Type changes and colour changes” messily written on the cover, this had been when Serena was in a rush to get it done before someone saw her, Illusion flicked through the pages, each one with details of experiments that had been done where Pokemon had both their colour and type changed in the cloning process, though there weren’t that many pages filled out because it was one of the newer things to be tried. From experiments done, though, it had been discovered that the colour of the Shiny Forms of Pokemon do change if the colour is changed, and that was a piece of work that Serena had been proud to have found out. Illusion glanced over to Azure and Amaryllis but Serena didn’t say anything. It was nice to see one of the youngest members of Team Clone be so happy about a Pokemon. That was what she had wanted, wasn’t it? To have people be happy with their Pokemon because the Pokemon was how they wanted it? Serena sighs and slumps down in her chair a bit more. The Gym Leaders, Elite Four, and Professors of each region had been against cloning Pokemon ever since Mewtwo had been made, and wouldn’t accept any research she tried to show that proved it could be good. If she had followed them, Amaryllis wouldn’t get to be this happy about a Pokemon she wants. Time and time again, people saw the efforts she was making as bad, but Serena had known to not give up and, one day, she finally found some people who saw the benefits of her ideas. The very first members of Team Clone. It was easy enough to recruit more members afterwards because she had the promise of letting the members use any Pokemon they wanted, looking exactly how they wanted. Any colour, any type. It didn’t matter. That’s why nobody else knew about Acrea, they wouldn’t like what was the perfect island where any Pokemon with any design ever resided. Until now... Serena stood up, knowing that she’d have to reveal her true identity eventually. Mystic sent a telepathic message to Illusion to let him know that he should just continue what he was doing in terms of reading the notebook and seeing who else would visit the lab and why. So far, only two people knew the true identity of their leader, the two Executives. But, she knew that two of the Admins were in the lab. Everyone would find out eventually, so now was the best time to do so. Clone transformed to look like Mystic so it could fly after the Leader along with the actual Mew and Poly.

Faye reached out and took the other girl’s hand, giving it a gentle shake. Sitting on the floor of the boat allowed her to be aware of the slight swaying that made her stomach toss and turn. A sickly green color hued the trainer’s face for a moment. Travelling over sea was never her thing, as she usually let her pokemon take her wherever instead of walking to her destination. A pokeball on her belt rolled free with a harsh shake. Faye caught the ball and brought it to her face, recognizing the pokeball to be her legendary’s pokeball. Her eyes flicked over to the white and black twirling around. She whispered a quiet, ”Later, Blaze.” She reattached her pokemon to her waist and turned back to Alice. ”I come from Unova, born and raised.” She hoped to start conversation with the newfound friend.

The Typhlosion looked at the candy bar for a moment before taking it and making his way back over to Gold's side and sitting on the floor beside his chair. Hearing the girl introduce herself, he gave a small nod of his head. "The name's Gold," he responded. It was probably pointless to introduce himself given that he was one recognizable face to many that might be aboard the ship. He had been Johto's champion since he was pretty young. He figured he was better known by his own people though given that he dealt with all the major Johto affairs. Pulling his hat off for a moment to quickly fix his hair, he heard her question and a look of annoyance crossed his face. It wasn't at her, but rather what the question pertained to. "I can't wait to get off this thing. I hate boats." He words were quiet for he found it embarrassing that he had such distaste for boats. He hated admitting that he got seasickness from them. Shaking the thought off, he placed the cap back down onto his head and glanced toward his companion as he munched away on the candy.

As the other Typhlosion was released, he quirked a brow. It wasn't often he saw another with one of the starter Pokemon. Actually, besides him, Silver and Kris, he wasn't sure if he had ever seen another one of the Johto starters in the hands of someone else. He knew there were more. That was a given. They were just so rare that it surprised him. "By the way, that's a nice legendary you've got there. I would release my own legend, but I'm sure everyone would appreciate it if I didn't release a twelve foot bird on the ship." A chuckle escaped the male's lips at his own words. Releasing Ho-oh certainly would be a reckless move at the moment. Besides, he typically never let the bird out with many people around. It was very distrusting toward most. It was surprising it even trusted Gold given his personality.

Standing around was getting him nowhere. He was sure the others were too frightened to approach him. He had grown accustom to such reactions to his presence. That was simply the life he had been handed as an elite trainer. Allowing his eyes to narrow slightly, he scanned the ship deck in attempt to find someone who he might approach. It was odd to think that he was trying to approach another. If Blue were here he'd be surprised that the thought even crossed his mind given his loner-ish characteristics. Spotting a blue haired girl near the side of the boat, Red took a deep breath. Pushing himself forward, he approached Dawn with a rather neutral expression on his face. Before a single word could escape his lips, Pikachu jumped down onto the railing beside the girl and let a happy chu escape its throat. Leaving it to Pikachu to be rather cheery. Red knew the Pokemon was one of many faces. One moment he could be cheery and the next he would be itching for battle. It certainly made him an interesting Pokemon. "Um, hi there," he managed to said, although it was in a rather awkward manner given that he hadn't done much talking. What else was he supposed to say in this kind of situation? Was he supposed to introduce himself or did he wait for her to do so first? Did he even need to say who he was or would she already know? There were many questions that went through his mind, but none of them could simply be answered by him. Instead he decided to fall silent once more and see what this other might do.

It seemed that the boy hadn't recognized her from the port. Nonetheless, it didn't matter. Rubbing the back of her neck, she let a meek smile cross her face. "M-Maybe that is why," she agreed before shifting her gaze back down to the two Pokemon. She hadn't yet noticed the ultra beast the boy had. Even if she had, she wouldn't have known what it was. She had only heard stories of the beasts but never seen one in person. "C-Claira doesn't seem to k-know what to do with such a h-hyper Pokemon. S-She's used to my L-Lycanroc's mellow personality." Her voice was still a bit shaky though she was trying her best to keep it steady. This was a rare opportunity for her to actually not run away from a conversation. Even back home when she competed in contests, she often avoided conversation with others. Whenever someone tried to approach her, she would hurry off as fast as possible. It was just in her nature. She needed to not do that here though. She needed at least one of the trainers here to be a friend or at least trustworthy.

Listening to the girl explain exactly what she wanted, the admin quickly jotted it all down with relative ease. It wasn't too hard to keep up with the girl's words anyways. As she finished, filling the sheet out, she picked it up along with her own and made her way over to the request file. Putting both inside it, she turned back to the girl with a small smile. "I'll try to get your Pokemon to you as soon as possible," she told her. She was more than well aware of the "boss" sitting not too far away, though she decided to not pay much attention to it. "Now you should probably run along. Just remember not to go too far from the base today." Normally it wasn't much of a problem, but given that today they were expecting "guests" none were allowed to travel far. Even she was beginning to be a bit bothered by it. She always enjoyed finding a quiet spot to rest and simply pass by time. It might be a waste of an admin's time, but she found it to ease her own mind since the team was rather secluded from other places. Making her way toward the door, she stopped once again too look back at the child before continuing on. She might as well return to the control room now that her business here had been taken care of.

"I originally came from Kalos, but I moved to Kanto about 3 years ago," she mentioned, despite the fact that she had two Kanto pokemon behind her as if she had been there her entire life. At least she was glad Zygarde was in dog form, and wouldn't intimidate the other trainer who appeared to only have 3 pokemon. Morgana gripped onto her arm supportively,
sensing her shy attitude. Lottie felt rather embarressed with all 6 pokemon out and most of them being rather tall. "What do you think might be on the new region?"

The ninetales looked around, her golden pelt lighting up as the Sun's rays hit it. Sniffing, the fox pokemon looked around, it's red eyes fairly shy. As a crashing noise came from the undergrowth she jumped, and dashed away. Her head twitched at more noise. A weedle scuttled past, and at once Ninetales fled.
