Sliver stood, her sword in hand and a few words on her tongue. She had heard footsteps. She watched a girl walk up over the dark dirt. She faced the girl. Sweat dripped of the girl's face, and she was breathing heavily. Pointed ears stubbornly suck out of the blue hair. Sliver turned towards the girl, and pointed the sword at her. "Si ehs doog ro live?" She whispered under her breathe. The sword shimmered a blue, and Sliver put it back in the sheath. She leaned back on a tree behind her, waiting for the girl to say hello, or walk by.
