Personality: Very independent and too proud to ask for help, ever. She has a pretty bad temper and sometimes a pretty foul mouth ((...I'll leave out the swears as much as possible though...)). She's secretly lonely but pretends she's not, and she spends a lot of time deliberately angering other people and countries and states by acting as disagreeable and petulant as she can.

Personality: New York is a strict, business type person who loves politics above all else. He gets along well with most of the Norther states, in particular Vermont and Washington D.C., although he holds someone of a grudge against the Southern, tropical, or countryside states since he finds them uncivilized and, in his own terms, "hillbillies". He keeps meetings in check and is rumored to have one of the largest amounts of paperwork in the country. In others words, when you hear New York, you hear city person.
History (If you know) : Uh, brief version: One of the 13 Original American Colonies, 11th state to ratify the Constitution, one of the 23 states to stay with the Union/North during the Civil War. There ya go~!

Australia yawned once more and looked out over the fast ocean stretching out in front of him. He sighed, remembering the reason he came here. Stupid meetings... he thought, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore loud in his ears. It was true, later today there would be yet another World Conference. Although Australia was typically a laid back country, he had found himself more or less arguing with France at these gatherings, about what he could never remember. Probably because he never knew to begin with in the first place. However, dispite the negative feelings, Australia was very grateful for these meetings. Being stuck on his own continent meant that he didn't get too much interaction with other countries unless it was on official business, which was he he had become friends with most of his allies. I wonder how Precious is doing, he wondered curiously, trying to recall when the last time it had been that he had seen his friend.

He dug his hands into the soft soil, pulling up a few dead roots and throwing them over his shoulder. Blowing a few loose strands of hair away from his face, Romano sat back and looked at his tomatoe garden. Okay it wasn't like he had nothing else to do today, and that's why he was working on the d*mn garden! Why does Italy have to hang around that potato head? He planned to hang around his little brother today, but course he was staying with Germany! Why did Romano even think about asking to come over in the first place?! Muttering under his breath, he grabbed another handful of roots, ripping them out of the ground. And Spain has to be hanging around those two dimwitted idiots! He bit down on his lips, and muttered out to himself, "but i'm not jealous, why would I be jealous of him going out for a drink?" Romano sat back again, and looked at his watch. Yup, still no where near siesta time. What the heck should he do now? "Chigi.." He muttered out under his breath.

Precious meanwhile was finishing her early morning chores. She normally woke around 4 in the morning, though sometimes earlier, to go and check on her mango trees and see if their fruit had fallen. if not, she would have to get a ladder and climb up to reach them before putting the baskets inside her house to sell. She hadn't spent much time goign to the meetings in fact, since she had been so busy. It was a shame really. She liked talking to some of the people there, especially, and this was where she blushed, Jack Kirkland, aka Australia. How was he doing? She had no idea, she hadn't seen him in quite a long time. Though since this progresion she had significantly aged, becoming taller and slender with a more rosy complexion. It was hard to determine her from the small quiet girl that had met him a few years back
