The boy you will be meeting today goes by the name of Thomas Richard Hawke. An unusual surname, granted, but a rather unusual boy in fairness. He's usually known as Tom.
Age:
Tom is thirteen years old; this is his second reaping. His birthday is on the twelfth of March.

Male.
Eyes:
The colouring of Tom's eyes might be described as the same as a Golden Retriever's. Honey-brown with flecks of gold and green in their midsts, he can use their naturally wide, innocent look to get his way.
Hair:
Tom's hair is shaved very closely to his scalp and it has sort of blended in with his skin - though they were almost the same colour in the first place. His hair is a very deep cappuccino brown, like melting chocolate.
Skin:
As mentioned above, Tom's hair and skin are basically the same colour. His skin is very smooth and practically flawless in his youth, and it is the colour of dark coffee.
Height:
Tom stands at around 5ft 6", quite a lot taller than the average for boys his age.
Speech:
Tom has a very soft, reluctant way of speaking that almost makes him sound like he has considered and tested every word before he speaks. His voice has broken and is therefore quite low.

"'Ello. Just call me Zay if you'd like. All together though, my name's Zayden Tobias Jaythorne. My mom picked my first name out because she liked how it sounded, and it was the name of one of our district's Hunger Games winners a while back. Oh, I'm from District 1- obviously. You think this sexiness could have some from a place like Twelve? Please. There I live there with my mother, father, and three brothers Lark, Ryker, and Gauge.
My middle name is Tobias, and I got that from a grandfather- I think. My last name is Jaythorne, and there isn't much to say about that. I'm eighteen years young, nineteen on April 27th."

Personality: "Ahh, ya got me. "Well I can tell you right here and now that I'm not a real friendly person. People tell me I'm sarcastic, cocky, stubborn, very sadistic, cunning, negative, and that I have that "I'm too good for you" attitude. Yes, I'd say it hurts to be called those things. I mean they're true, I am better than you- but still, it does sting a little. Everything goes my way and no one else's, or else we're gonna have some serious problems. I try to stay serious and professional as much as I can, which is easy when you don't trust anyone. I mean, I have a hard time trusting my own brothers for goodness sake. I'll make exception for the Career Pack in the Games, but once I'm done with them, I'll kill them all off so fast there won't be any question about who trusted who. History: "Training, training, training. This is the moment I've been training for my entire life. The Games. I am the youngest of four boys. Lark, Ryker, and Gauge are my three older brothers. My mother and father work, leaving my brothers and I all day and night to train. We use everything and anything we can to prepare ourselves for the Games. Axes, spears, bow and arrows, knives, hatchets, blowguns- everything. I'm always moving, if not training with weapons, then working out to strengthen my body. But unlike my train-a-holic brothers, I do like to take a break or two sometimes. You know, relax, think, hang out with my cat Jelico.
The Reaping was probably the best day of my life up until now. What an honor it was to be picked to be a Tribute! My brothers and many others tried to volunteer for my spot, like most everyone in District 1 does every year- but our Escort kept to the drawing bowl this time. Weird I know, but hey, I got to keep my place as a Tribute!"









Favored Weapon: Sword or spear.
Hated Weapon: ... None really. He loves anything he can kill someone with. Though, he sucks with a bow and arrow. He doesn't have near the patience it takes to handle one properly.
Advantages: Strength, speed, reflexes, multiple weapon knowledge, drive.
Disadvantages: Absolutely no plant knowledge and bullheadedness, a.k.a., no real smarts or forethought. Not a good swimmer, and due to his bulky, muscular body shape, he can't fit into small places.

What'cha Think?: "Lets get these Games started! Yeah, I don't think I have any real disadvantages in the Games. I guess maybe not being the best swimmer would affect my performance a little, and my stocky, muscular body shape may also affect my hiding ability. But its not like I'll be the one doing the hiding, right? No. The way I see it, everyone is going to be hiding from me.
My token is a beast's tooth necklace. Its been a family heirloom for, like, over a hundred years or something. My great grandfather supposedly killed a big ferocious beast, took it's tooth as a prize, bronzed it, and hung it on this necklace. I'm not sure though, because the story sounds like just something to entertain the grand kids with. It almost wasn't allowed in the Games because of the bladed edges of the tooth. But after some negotiating, and some sanding down of the edges to make it blunt, it was given the all clear.
I got a nine in training, which I'm not happy about. Sure, its a good score to most people, but I know I was better than just a freakin' nine! At least ten, or even eleven or twelve should have been my score! I was the best Tribute there, and everyone knows it."
