Charisma Lucas works on a charm offensive. He has a natural charisma about him; some element of like-ability, whether it comes from his roguish good looks or the extra swagger in his stride is still undetermined. He is fun-loving, though has learned that there is a time and a place. Lucas uses his skills of persuasion to impress those around him, and to woo the ladies. That said, he is successful in his endeavours, and is the type of person you can tell has the local girls falling at his feet. His charms are coupled with an untamed streak of impulse and unpredictability, causing wild ideas and schemes to snap out of nowhere. Do not be fooled however; as he is mostly pleasantly surprising. On the other hand, just as his charm can be his greatest asset, so can it be his greatest downfall. He has had a lifetime of just been able to push people that little bit further and get away with it. This can cause repercussions now, as the boundary between being funny and being annoying has become blurred; and he is unable to see when he has crossed it. If hassling the wrong people; this can get him into no end of trouble.

Loyalty Perhaps an even greater asset than Lucas' charisma is his loyalty. He forms bonds with people exceedingly quickly, and, although they may not be entirely mutual relationships, he will become truly loyal to anyone he classes as a 'friend'. Because of this loyalty, will to please and his charm, he has become a respected member of the court, despite him not being a Royal; (of course this to has a lot to do with his semi-Noble background). His loveable loyalty could be almost classed to that of a Labrador Retriever, however this may be unfair, as he actually is quite intelligent and is usually quite astute in his observations. Over the past few years in particular, when working as the Prince's Guard, he has developed a higher level of empathy. He can know tell how people are feeling without coming across as being completly obnoxious as he did before.

Determined Aggression Perhaps the quietest of his notable streaks, Lucas very rarely shows an angry side. He has developed other persuasive ways to manipulate himself out of daily problems; however once he picks up a sword, he is in the zone. For a split second, walls are both built and crumbled, unleashing a brutal killing machine. He loves hand to hand combat, or indeed any active knightly pursuit such as horsemanship or archery. His competitive spirit can flair in these situations, which he desperately tries to suppress. He hates to lose. In his own words, "Surely the aim is to win, not to take part? After all, there is no prize for 'taking-part' in a war."

History:
Lucas's father was a respected landowner and Noble in one of Elyadon's outer villages. He sent his son to become trained to be a knight when he was just twelve. After four years of classical training to become a knight, he showed much promise. It was at this point he was approached to become official guard to the Prince, he was undaunted by the task and gladly accepted.
