Just when Darius began to scratch beneath her chin, Immortal's tail thumped against the arm of the couch. Her head tilted into his arm as quiet, calm grunts came from her muzzle now and then. For some strange reason, she was so much more open and easy to be around in her wolf form. She softly climbed down onto the couch beside Darius and sat down, blinking down at him. It was a wonder how Luke and Christie weren't awake yet, or hadn't sensed them.

She blinked up at Griffin, brushing her bangs out of her face. Annetka sat up a bit further, still keeping the blankets on her legs so she didn't get cold from the fan blowing in her room. "I'm alright, it was nothing," She mumbled, glancing down at her hands that rested on her lap. "You can come in, though. It's okay."

I stepped into the room quietly, sitting on the very edge of her bed." Just checking.. I was going to go get something to eat. Would you like something or do you want to come?" I asked, watching her closely." I asked, watching her curiously. I was still feeling tired.. I propped my head up on my hand, waiting for her reply.

I sat up and stroked her ears backs, smiling. "Do you want to go? or stay here for a little while?" I asked. I wasn't sure if she was comfortable here or not, she seemed okay now, I guess... I ran my fingers through the thick white fur of her cheeks.

A canine really was a man's best friend; it was so easy to get along with anyone while Immortal was in her wolf form, even if she couldn't speak. But sometimes speaking is what she needed. So after a moment of nuzzling her cheek into Darius' palm, her fur seemed to sink into her slightly-tanned skin as clothes fell over it instead, letting her human figure form. She was still sitting beside him comfortably on the couch, blinking at him. The change was so easy after a few years of being a werewolf. "What do you want to do?" Immy asked.

She brushed her bangs away from her face and quietly climbed out of her bed, glancing back at Griffin. "I'll go with you," Annie said softly, tugging open one of her drawers to grab out a thin jacket. She pulled it onto her and slid her feet into her comfortable boots. Usually it was normal to go barefoot, but today she didn't feel like getting any cuts on her feet.

I got up from the bed. Feeling more awake now, I exited Annetka's room and made my way to mine. I was silent, as I disappeared around the hall to my room, to grab some socks and my shoes. After I put them on I came back and started down the stairs, looking back to see if Annetka was following. I planned on racing her to the hunting grounds once we got outside.. I had this odd surge of energy welling up inside of me..

"Um..." I thought for a second. I was really expecting her to answer my question, to make things easier for me.. In my heart I knew I couldn't stay here. I loved my brother to pieces, my only family, my only sibling, but he had a really hard head... He had put everyone in danger by being mates with Christie. I saw how much he really loved her though, he couldn't help it.. But also everytime I saw him and her, I just felt angry, also jealous I didn't get as much attention as I used to. I shook my head, "Lets go." I said. Surely, I'd come back once in a while, but not to stay.. And my thoughts about this probably wouldn't change anytime soon. I got up from the couch, looking down at Immy, to show her I really wanted to go. I was perfectly fine with her as my company living out in the forest. We would use the forest as our resource.

Just by the sudden hesitation and change of Darius' tone, Immortal knew he was conflicted. It was hard for her to leave the pack, so she couldn't imagine how he was feeling. Luke, in her mind, had made a choice to leave his pack in the dust for their historical enemy. That alone deserved death. Immy shook away the thoughts then looked up at Darius, giving a nod and a faint smile. All she wanted was to make him happier; her parents used to always say she was created to make others smile. Immy stepped around him and skipped quietly to the door, stopping to look back for him.

Small thumps and taps came from her room, as she tried to tug on her boots. After finally getting them on, Annetka pulled open her door and jogged out, stopping when she saw Griffin. She smiled softly, the action seemingly also lightening her golden eyes. Annie walked down the stairs and gave him a playful nudge. "So, are we going, sir?" She asked, lifting up her tone in the last word, again being playful.

"Yes madam." I replied. Now, since I was adapted to this century I thought it was weird how we used to talk. I smiled a bit, as we made it to the bottom of the staircase. I picked up my pace to the front door, and held it open for her. This I always did, but only for her. Annetka was the only person in my coven who had completely gained my trust. That was hard because a lot of just little things, would make me agitated..

I got up off the couch and loped after her and out the door as I shifted. I wagged my tail at her, putting my nose to the ground and my rump in the air. I wanted to play. Playing just helped me forget about all the negative thoughts. I barked, and was still as I stared up at her.

A bright smile formed on Immortal's lips as she watched Darius, watching him as he gave her the play-bow stance. She laughed softly and lowered her body down, easily shifting back into her ivory wolf form. With a quick swish of her tail, Immy leapt down from the porch stairs and laid down in front of him. Her muscles were tense as she readied herself to pounce, her tail swayed against the ground and her muzzle lay in between her paws as she stared innocently up at him. Immy gave soft whines, occasionally.

Annetka
It was very hard for her not to smile around Griffin, especially when he smiled at her. She could melt in his palms if she wanted to, and he had the power over her to do that. Annetka slid past him and walked out, moving swiftly down the stairs before looking back for him again. There were so many things she didn't know about him, but she felt as though she had known him forever. Griffin honestly didn't even feel like her leader anymore; she cared for him more than ever and trusted him more than anyone else. He always knew how to cheer her up.

I shut the door behind me as I followed her off the porch, trying hard not to smirk... It was really cold, this morning. I could see my breath. I strode past her before silently, sprinting off into the trees. Once she realized what I was doing, I was sure Annie would catch up and win our little race. We were both fast but I didn't have the stamina she had. I tire pretty easily, the hunting grounds weren't far though so I probably wouldn't waste too much energy..

I quickly rose to my feet and sort off reared at her. After that, I jumped back and turned towards the forest. Wagging my tail, I glanced back at her, a wolfish grin on my face. I then raced off, almost tripping as I did so. I barked, my tail tucked, just in case she tried to grab it..
