Alex read over her emotions and smirked. "did i do something wrong?" he asked politely now his smirk changing to a shy smile.

Bella tried talking, but it didn’t work. Her lips parted and she tilted her head. She seemed to be glowing with a sort of curiosity and embarrassment.

"so can intake that as a yes?" Alex asked I'n a small voice of his which could almost barely be audible. He put his hands on them table and folded them together casually.

“N-no,” Bella stammered, flushing a darker pink than before.

Alex watched each small twitch on her face that to most would be unnoticeable. "your embarrassed, and nervous it seems. Calm down" he said and his words wrapped around her willing her to calm down.

Bella nodded blankly, and her senses weren’t as hyper. She narrowed her eyes. “On the other hand, I had good reason.”

Alex used his powers on himself again to make him more confident about talking to her. "really?! How?" he asked with sarcasm.

Bella smirked. “Well, remember how I can read minds?” she asked, as if she were talking to a three-year-old.
