He looked up to clarify, "No idea."
He shook his head, then had to brush the hair out of his eyes. Ethan was breathing heavy, and his mind was racing even faster.
"I'm new in town, I literally just got here," He plunged a hand into his bag and pulled out his dagger just for peace of his own mind, leaving his seraph blade for later if needed.
"What a welcome to town, possible demon," He half laughed, half muttered to himself.

"Figures," she growled, looking up at the current situation. She had planned to just kick back today, and not get invovled in these sort of thins, but they always seemed to call back to her no matter what. She looked to the other. "Well, welcome to New York. Sure is gonna be a fun while for you." She patted his shoulder and took a few steps forward, looking around the scene. What can I do..? she thought, but hissed at herself for thinking that. Wasn't it the shadowhunters' job to do this?

Took a step back to view the whole scene, his heart beat sped up and his palm sweat against the dagger's handle.
Great, I'm not even in gear and I haven't even seen where I'm staying, He rolled his eyes quickly before slowly circling to the right.
Ethan was nervous without his old friends next to him but quickly shook it off, I shouldn't be nervous, they wouldn't want me to be.

Rolling her neck, she surveyed the scene before her, wondering how this could've happened. And why no shadowhunters were moving. "What are you guys doing? You should get moving, shouldn't ya?" She glared at them with her golden eyes, a wolf growl slowly rumbling up beneath her. She didn't have a pack, so she could call no one, and there was no way she was going to find her brother. If she could call him that. She was a lone wolf, and liked to be that way. Except when there was something this dangerous before them. She felt.. scared.
