I glance back at were the sounds of infected were comong from before following the guys into the hole. Even though I hadn't known James and John for long at all, I somewhat trusted there judgement.

Lucas walked down the street, his base ball bat over his shoulder, and his butcher knife in his belt. He looked around the city and crossed the street to look into a store, but it was completely emptied. He sighed heavily and kept walking down the street. He heard moans, but he didn't mind them because he knew they weren't close. He looked down at his stomach as it growled and he rubbed his eyes.

John looked around and saw Fabian. "Thanks for the save back there." he said softly before he looked back to James and continued to follow him.

I hurry and catch up to them as I'd fallen a bit behind, a small smile on my lips. "No problem, thank you both for saveing me earlier....Are we going back in the apartment building or just skirting around it? I left my sweater and don't have anything to cover my hair..." I ask, feeling really bad for leaving my sweater.

"Do you want to go back and get it?" John asked, looking down at her.

James sighed, "Crap, we can cut through this alley way." He pointed at the alley that would lead out to the nieghborhood his mom lived in, his plan was to get back to his moms house any hopefully his brother Greg would be waiting there for him. "There shouldnt be very many infected in the alley.... I think..." He pulled off his blue hoodie and tossed it back to Fabian, "We cant go back now, theres too many of them there."

"Sorry, and thanks..." I pull on his sweater silently, tucking in my hair, and continue to follow. 'Great job Fai, great job... I say, chewing myself out in my brain for a few more seconds before pushing them aside and concentrateing for real. "The alley seems fine to me..."

John looked back forward and continued forward. He really hoped this kid knew what he was doing, because John had no clue where they were going, He had been in this town for only two days, so he had absolutely no clue where everything was. "So, where exactly are we going?"
