Personality:: Kathryn is fiery, hot-headed, tomboyish, and pugnacious. Kathryn is tough, impatient, headstrong, sarcastic, and assertive. Her immaturity and lack of forethought often lead her to disrespect those around her. She also has a good sense of humor and enthusiasm, and a vulnerable teenage charm.
Kathryn is impulsive and therefore has a hard time hiding her true feelings.
History:: Kathryn was born without a family or anyone to guard her. Her mother died giving birth and she didn't have a father or any siblings. Her uncle took her in and treated her horribly, which led to her fiery and hot-headed personality. Kathryn became very tough though all this treatment though. In many ways, this could help her during the Hunger Games. Her most traumatic experience began on a fall day. It was cold outside, and Kathryn had been heading home from buying food at the market. A body lay on the ground. Taking a closer look, it seemed ever so familiar. Soon, Kathryn realized who it was. "Dad?" she gently touched his face, but his body felt cold. Blood stained his back, and an arrow stuck into it. Someone had killed him, and from that day forth, Kathryn swore to find his killer.
Family:: Uncle Hawthorn-Kathryn's backstabbing, fiery uncle. He took care of her when her parents abandoned her. Uncle Hawthorn tortured Kathryn until she cried.

Personality:: Fern is an untalkative person. She can be very shy, but very observant, as well. Fern is very impatient and, like Cinna, doesn't have a Capitol accent. She does a very good job of hiding her emotions to the tributes.

Personality:: Sage tends to chatter away while he works. It's often hard to get a word in when he is around. He's often very rude, interrupting during conversations. Though, he's very careful when working.

Personality:: Thorn is a prickly, hot-headed person. He's often very rude to people, and only answers questions with one word. Nobody messes with him without getting kicked in the shin.

Personality:: Scotty is careless, clumsy, sweet, and helpful. He has a very optimistic personality and likes to make rainbows out of hurricanes. Scotty hates seeing sad people, because they make him sad too, and will go out of his way to make people happy. Scotty likes to learn new things and meet new people.
History:: Scotty grew up with a loving mother and father. When Scotty was eight, he thought it would be funny to drive the 'big car'. Being eight and unable to reach two pedals at the same time, he couldn't stop the car and it crashed into a shop front. His parents were accused of being responsible for the incident and Scotty was removed from their care and handed over to his closest living relative; his older sister, who had just turned 19. She would like nothing more than to bash the happiness out of him with a large metal spanner.
Family:: Older sister Marie Albright (married Joe Albright) who passionately hates his guts because he is so freaking optimistic (see above) and wishes he would just grow up and meet the real, sorely depressing, world. Tall, thin and fair, with a light smattering of freckles across her cheeks.

@birchfall: There's one other thing I just noticed- the mentor would have to be between the ages of 15 and 21 to have won the 20th games, or he would have had to have won a games between the 5th games and the 11th games if you want to keep his age at 30. Keep in mind that some between the 5th and the 11th have already been taken if you want to keep his age the same.))
