I stopped the nice, servant girl act and acted my normal self"When I was what a mindless fool. Why would I want such a thing again, you kidnapped me right from my home and did the same to poor Cecily. Did you even think of how this would affect my father, you took away his only daughter and left him with nothing. Your no man you're a monster, a witch, nothing but low life scum; no better than a dirty peasant." I snapped at him like a whip, however once I did I became scared that he would strike me or possible worse. So I took a slight step back, but still keep my head held high and stood by my words.

I smiled and nodded"I grew up that way however we did live in a large mansion,but only to hold everyone in our family. And divided it up based on age and number of children, we got the smallest part but that was the best since I was able to be close with my family all the time and learn so much from my father. So I can understand why you would want to have such a life style, it truly is the best."I said smiling and almost blushed when he smiled, his smile made him look even hotter than before and I thought to myself if I could help it I would make sure such a smile would never fade.

I grinned at the lovely young lady who made her way up to me and said hello"Ello my lovely, what can I do for you today"I said with a handsome smile on my face as I put on the charm. I could tell by her dress she was someone of pretty high status, but it didn't matter this young women had come to me; she wasn't drunk or desperate for a companion, so what had made her approach me. 'I guess because I am so good looking' I thought to myself with a slight chuckle and smile.

I smiled with glee when I saw we were coming up to the large gates that opened up to the long winding road that lead to his manor on top of the hill. I almost could contain myself, but with years of manners being strictly enforced in my home morning, noon and night I was somehow able to get a hold of myself. But on the inside I was a five year old freaking out over a new pony; I smiled as I watched out the window as we grew closer to the manor. Once at the top I climbed out of the carriage, I couldn't stand it nor the dresses these western women wore and I wished I hadn't listened and put on my Kimono. My coach boy knocks loudly on the door and I wait, my anxiety building up inside me and I thought the carriage ride felt long.

Leon glared at her. "Be careful of what you say, girl. Despite being the daughter of a noble, you are currently under my command and mercy. I am your master now, and I'm sure you remember how I am when I am angered." He told her, then looked up at the sound of a knock. Unexpected company, at a time like this? He grabbed her upper arm tightly, lifting her up slightly. "You will stay down here until I get rid of the person at the door. One peep out of you and you'll receive twenty lashes. I will return to discuss this matter further." He said, releasing her roughly, then turning to the door. He locked it, and started to the door. With none of the servants there to answer it, he would himself. As he opened the door, a list of people was running through his head as to who it could be.

Lamont sighed. "Yes, I grew up living in the city, and quite frankly, I'm tired of it." He said, then looked back at her once they neared the house. "Would you like to come in for some tea? I'm sure one of the servants has it boiling for mother." He said, shifting the bag in his arms. "That is, if you like black tea." He added with a shrug. "Perhaps you can meet my sister. She's a bit older, but sometimes acts a bit immature."

Geneveive slowly made her way to the tailor, noticing he was already speaking, but it was likely mother wanted the dress soon. "Excuse me." She said in a timid voice. "I'm here to pick up a dress for Lady Rachelle Flambard. It should be an emerald green one." She said, her hands clasped in front of her. She looked the man over. He wasn't bad looking, but he was too young. She was interested in older men who were around her age or a bit older. "And I was told that it was already paid for."

Cecily had been thinking things over in her own little hiding spot outside when she heard the familiar sound of pattering hooves on the ground. The manor blocked Cecily's view of whoever had arrived, but even in Cecily's state she knew her duties and walked back inside. She saw no one when she entered and was a bit relieved on some degree. Straightening out her skirts, Cecily patted over to the front door to calmly open it but when she arrived she noticed that the master had been first to notice the knock and had beat her to the door. Cecily knew it was the servants job to get the door and Alice would be thoroughly upset with her when she found out about it, well, that was only if she snapped out of this funk she was going through. Not even risking getting in trouble, Cecily stayed put behind the wall that lead into the main room. She was at a spot where she could not be seen, but she could still vaguely see into the room. Cecily was a bit interested into who it was that was coming so unexpectedly, and although she should have just turned around to go back her curiosity was just peaking.

I looked at him trying my hardest not to show any sign of fear, when he let go of my I easily fell to the floor. I sat up slightly and began to cry silently and leaned against the bed. I was scared of what he would do to me once he returned, I began to tremble and shake as I cried into my skirt. I wanted to go home I hated it here, this was not my home and that man was awful; a very small part of me wishes I had never broken free but that part is so small I can't even hear it clearly. The rest of me knows while staying in that state forever would have been easier it wouldn't have been better, breaking free was the best thing while it hurt the most and caused issues; I would have tired to sneak out and make a run for it while he was busy with the random person at the door, if he had not locked the door on me. I dried my face and tired my hardest with no luck to not think of things he may do once he came back.

"That's sounds nice, I would love to"I said with a smile and thought 'Oh my, I've just been invited to his house for tea and to possible meet is sister, well it's a start.' I thought with a smile and looked at him and wondered if one day possible this man could end up being my husband, oh how nice that would be; so far he has been nothing but kind to me and we have a few things in common, however I didn't raise my hopes too high while my father was more than ready to let me pick who I marry; he was still encouraging me and setting up meetings with nice strong Scotsmen.

I smiled as the door open and I saw it was him, I was going to keep my cool and not leap on him and kiss him but instead give him a charming smile and say hello in a sweet voice. That plan didn't last but a second in my mind before I knew it, I rushed towards him and jump into his arms and kissed him deeply right on the mouth. I wondered if he would easily remember me since I was the only one who ever did this to him; I took in his smell and soft jet black hair and just before I had closed my eyes, I saw his amazing purple eyes witch were breathtaking. I didn't let go of my arms wrapped around his neck as I kissed and, I wasn't going to well not until he shoved me off like he normally would.

I looked at the girl and heard her speak the name and color of the dress"Ah yes, it is all set"I said and then turned back to the other girl"I'm sorry miss but please excuse me for just a moment"I said as I dispersed into the shop and came back out with a a deep green box with a black bow on top, I handed it to the Lady"Here you go Miss"I said and gave her a charming smile and wave as she left and then my attention went back to the other girl.

Leon was, to put it lightly, quite shocked at the sudden invasion of his privacy. He saw white hair, and knew immediately who it was. He gently shoved her off, giving her a blank look. "Pardon the blunt question, but might I ask what the hell you are doing here, Yuki?" He questioned, keeping both hand on her shoulders for extra assurance that he would be able to keep her at bay. I thought I had gotten rid of you after my last refusal. He thought with a light sigh. "And if you're here for the same question, my answer is still no. I'm not looking for a bride."

"Alright. You can tether your horse right outside, we have a hitching post." Lamont said with a small smile. "I'll have to get this to the kitchen right away, though, so before we meet Gen, I have to make a quick detour at the kitchen." He told her. "And if the tea isn't ready right away, I can show you around the house if you want. It's quite old, being one of the first buildings built in the town, so it's got some interesting features."

Geneveive nodded gratefully. "Thank you, Monsieur." She said, turning and walking away with the box. Mother would be pleased with it. She always had to look her best when company came, and she could never dress in the same outfit twice. It was occasionally aggravating, but they all learned to live with it. She again looked around the street, wondering when exactly the Duke was supposed to come to their home. Of course, her father wanted her to look her best for "the son of a friend and colleague", and though he didn't state it, she knew he was thinking about the two marrying, but she refused. She didn't like the man.

Cecily didn't recognize the girl who entered through the doorway. She looked very foreign and although it wasn't in Cecily's taste of interest she could make out that the girl didn't look too comfortable in the dress she was wearing. She was kind of an odd looking one, but only to Cecily who had never seen someone like her. Cecily was smiling at first, thinking it was nice to see someone new, but when she saw the girl leap into the masters arms she was a bit confused as well as appalled. Cecily was not very mature, but she herself knew basic manners. Leaping into someone's arms and kissing them unexpectedly was not at all proper. This woman either had very odd customs, or something else. It was at this moment that Cecily knew she was not meant to be seeing this and she skirted off once more. She was doing a lot of fleeing today she realized, but it was all because it wasn't her place to do this and it wasn't her place to do that, being a servant meant she couldn't really ever be in the loop did it? Cecily eluded to the garden, rubbing her eyes as if it would erase what she just saw, feeling as if she was in some sort of trouble for unintentionally spying. Cecily didn't really know what just happened, but she did know that she didn't like the new stranger.

Shadow grinned at the man "Hello I'm Shadow..Would you be will to help me with a few favors..?" She asked smiling and flirting. She walked over to him and understood that he was a tailor. She ran her hands threw the beautiful dresses, "I need assistance.." She smiled up at him resting her hands back on her hips. "Are you willing to help?"

I sighed and looked up at him"And why not, your already 26 do you plan on being alone for the rest of your life."I said and shook my head"I was planing on asking you again but only because I would be here, but my true mission was to give you this letter from my farther. He said it was important, so much I had to bring it to you in person."I said with a heavy sigh"He's really sick and will be passing soon and so soon after my mother, they are truly love birds one simply cannot life without the other, how I somewhat envy them. My uncle will be taking over the family estate and this will probably be the last time you see me for awhile; he is really strict about women in public without an escort and will be trying his hardest to marry me off and get rid of me soon."I said looking down with sad eyes before going on"so when I was asked to give you this letter I thought I would ask one more time while I still have my freedom, hoping by now you would have reconsidered; I guess I'll take my leave now, goodbye Leon maybe I will see you around"I said with a smile but it was sad, not because of the rejection but because I would soon be losing my freedom like a normal sheltered Japanese princess and I hated the idea of people seeing me as weak, fragile and unable to walk on her own two feet. I though as I bowed to him and began making my way down the stairs back to the carriage, that would take me away never to be free again.

Dear Leon,
I know it we haven't spoken in awhile and I bet my daughter has already asked for you marry her once again. Well I'll get straight to the point, I am offering you part of my estate the sum will be fairly large and I will not take no for an answer. Since I have no sons of my own and will be dying soon this is one of my last wishes, however I have one more offer this one you can yes or no to witch ever is your choice. If you are to finally take my daughter's hand in marriage I will give you my entire estate as my heir since you shall be my son-in-law. My younger brother knows full well of this and will be waiting for two weeks form the day you receive this letter; and if you say no you will still receive some money as I said before but say yes and I will give you everything this includes my businesses, money and of course my daughter. I hope you will at least consider this offer and I wish I could have been there in person to discuss this matter personally, but sadly I cannot. At least think it over and no need to worry about my brother, him and his family are just visiting me while I am on my death bed and have their own estate back home in Japan so it's not as if you will be taking anything away from them. I hope the deadline is not too short and you can make up your mind by then,because they cannot stay here forever and will be leaving and taking Yuki with them back to Japan; also you are not allowed to give an answer until the last or second to last day you have to respond. I wish I could have seen you again but I know I will not, think things over carefully before you decide and I'm not forcing this on you it is just my last wish.

I nodded"That does sound interesting, our house is pretty new and I haven't really be in many of the old buildings except church"I said as I followed him to his house on my horse and started to wonder if the features were anything like the old church witch was built in Gothic style and I thought about how much I loved that style; It was so pretty. I soon got off my horse and lead him by the reins, while I walked the rest of the way and tied him to the out post outside.

I smiled and let out a silent chuckle"Yes Madame, why don't we go inside and you can tell me just what it is you need"I said with a flirting smile as I guested for her to enter my shop. She was very lovely and was flirting with me just as much as I was with her and I loved it, it was fun. I thought to myself as I put out my cigarette and followed her into my shop

Leon sighed, listening to her. He honestly didn't really care what happened to the girl; she could go back for all he cared. He opened the letter, and read it over. He frowned slightly, then looked back up. "Yuki." He called, gesturing for her to come back over. "There's something in this letter that concerns you. Come inside." He said, turning to walk back in. "I see now why he wanted it to be delivered personally, it is very important. It would be very bad if this got lost in the post. We need to talk about it now."

Lamont nodded slightly. "The Flambard family has owned this house for generations. It was built by my great great grandfather, and it's been passed down to the first born of each generation." He said, then started to the door, openin it and holding it for her. "So, my father has grown up in this house, and has lived in it for over fifty years. It will be passed down to Geneveive, and once she gets married, it will go to her first born." He stated, looking around at the structure.
