Evelyn shut her eyes, trying to remember what she wanted to forget. "Well.. We had been fighting.. but I don't remember about what.. I-I was screaming at you, and you.. umm.. you looked angry.. You began shivering, and then you.. transformed into a-a.. griffon.. I began running, and I somehow stumbled.. then I woke up.." She leaned her head on him, trying hard not to shed tears. She left out the part of where he ate her, for she hadn't liked it.

Eli almost reached out. He only murmured; "It's only forever. Not long at all." He looked up. Dang it. He was a dang monster and he didn't even have the guts to get up and comfort his wife! He stood up and wrapped an arm around her, brushing his fingers over her cheek to dry them. "It's alright, Isabelle." He crooned, rocking ever so slightly. "It's not for forever. One day you may see them again. If you do or don't is all in your hands." He gingerly flipped one of her hands over to show her, brushing his thumb over her lifeline. "I already know you will though. Your spirit is too strong." He weakly smiled at her.

Josh nodded slightly and kissed her forhead, craddling her against his chest."'You have to know that I'll never ever hurt you, Evelyn. I swear on my life....That you will be safe with me...even when I'm a griffon..." He tightened her grip on her slightly, rubbing her back. He rocked slightly, trying to calm her down.

Evelyn wrapped her arms around his neck, her head rested against his shoulder. She had her eyes closed. "I know you won't.. but it just seemed so realistic.." Evelyn couldn't help it but shed a tear. She shut her eyes tightly.

Joshed sighe silently. "I know....I know..." He wiped the tears away from her face. "Shh...Please don't cry Evelyn...everythings ok now..." He continued to rock slightly and rub her back. He rested his cheek on top of her head.

Josh hugged her tighter, still rocking. "What can I do to make you feel better...?" He asked softly. He hated to see people sad and hated it even more to see Evelyn upset.

"Nothing.. I'm fine.." Evelyn spoke, though her voice was muffled due to her mouth being covered by his shoulder. She lifted her head and looked at him. "I'm fine.." She repeated once more.

Josh carssed her cheek lightly. "Are you sure...? I could make you some hot coco if you want....or we can stay here..or maybe go into the living room and watch a movie or something...anything to make you feel better..."
