Miko stopped when the dog stood in her way, she giggled slightly at his words "Well, I just know not all dogs are running after cats. We can be friends too, right?" she answered and smiled at him. She turned and started walking to another direction "If you want to talk then lets go, I dont like to talk near someone who dont understand anything"
Mike noded "I know you were joking, I was joking too. But really, it would be great to have Danny as a brother" he replied and laughed hearing him "That was great" he said and looked around at other people.

Damon yipped, following her, casting one last glance over his shoulder before padding after the cat. "Friends...? Well I don't know... You're a pet... Won't your owner be missing you...?" He asked, not sure he should befriend a cat. The dog shook himself slightly.

Miko looked straight walking next to the dog "I do have a collar but I dont have an owner. But I am not homeless too. Its... Hard to explain" she looked at German Shepard "You wouldnt understand and belive me anyway" she added. She knew the animal cant understand what is shapeshifter.

Damon glanced at her, leaping over a fallen tree. "I'm smarter than I look." He said, an edge in his tone. He didn't like being taken as a simple-minded mutt. "And besides, I love stories. So, if you aren't a pet or stray, what are you?" He grunted, landing rather roughly on the other side.

Jayden rose from his seat, smiling at her excitement. "Alrighty, that's great." He glanced up at the clock. It was well past 7:30, closer to 8. He stepped forward to shake her hand. "Well, it's getting late. I need to finish closing up shop and deal with Riley.." He sighed and rolled his eyes slightly before smiling at Alice again. "It was nice to meet you and I'll see you tomorrow afternoon then." Jayden waved his hand for her to go ahead of him out of the room.

Megan skipped alongside Noelle down the street towards the coffee place. She thought a moment before responding to Noelle's question. "Hmm.. I'm not too sure really. Maybe because I've always lived in the middle of every town and I appreciate the quiet of the the woods and the beach and just nature in general more than most." She shrugged her shoulders. "That and nature can be beautiful in my opinion."

Chase smiled. "I don't think it works that way. They said 30-45 minutes. I'm just extremely impatient. It's only been 38ish." He laughed and glanced at the door before speaking again. "What were you dra-" The doorbell cut of what he'd been about to say and he looked at her with a smile. "Finally." Chase hopped off the couch and headed towards the door to answer it. He took the food from the delivery guy and placed it on the hall table before grabbing the twenty and handing it to him. "You can keep the change. Thanks." He shut the door and picked up the pizza and walked back over to Katherine. "And now we have food!" Chase grinned and placed it on the coffee table before heading back over to snatch up the wings and pizza. He -grabbed a piece of pizza out the box and plopped down on the couch. "Dig in."

Cassie watched the boy from her place in the trees as he fell asleep. She glanced up at the sky towards the setting sun and flicked her ears. It would be cold that night. She debated with her self for a moment and then sighed as she made up her mind. Cassie gingerly stepped out of the trees and padded silently towards Brandon. She looked down at his sleeping form for a moment, her soft fur flowing in the gentle breeze. You're such such a pushover Cass. She shook her head before taking another step forward and curled up close beside him to keep him warm throughout the night.

Brandon shivered until cassie came.He stopped shivering with her warmth against his body.He continued dreaming of cassie,her beauty shining in a dark room."cassie..." he mumbled in his sleep,unaware she was here.He subconsiously put his arm around cassie and dug his head in her fur. He smiled,still sleeping. "cassie..." he mumbled again quietly

Katherine rolled her eyes lightly, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips at his comment about how long it had been since he ordered the pizza. Her head tilted a bit as Chase began to ask her a question, and she laughed softly when he bounded eagerly towards the door. She followed his movements with her eyes before taking a seat on the couch after him. Katherine tucked a few strands of her auburn hair behind an ear and leaned forward, grabbing a peice for herself. "Thanks." She took a bite, still smiling lightly.

Xavier decided to walk back towards town when he couldn't find the girl with the blue feather. He thought it was strange how she had disappeared from sight so quickly, but didn't question it too much. From the corner of his eye, he caught a glimpse of something white in the distance and paused, turning his head towards where he had seen it. What the...  He continued forward, wondering if the splash of color against the green foliage was just some type of animal. Xavier ran a hand through his dark hair before sidestepping around a tree that was in his way. He decided to stay clear of whatever the thing was, it seemed too big to be a rabbit or a small animal.
