Marc knocked (slightly impatiently) on Professor Sky's Lab's door. Whether he meant for it to sound impatient or not wasn't entirely done on purpose; it was just a habit he'd developed whilst in Hoenn. A few years in Team Magma taught him that if one wants to do something, they must do it quickly or it would be lost. In a town as relaxed as Amber Town, it was highly unlikely that it would happen, but even the calm and rather gentle surroundings didn't quite prevent his habit.
Actually, how long ago was it when Team Magma had been disbanded? It felt like a long while ago... Not that he would admit it outloud, but Team Magma, even if the first year or so was stressful, was quite fun for him. Walking around Hoenn, taking down any aspiring trainers with would-be overpowered Pokemon for that area while being served by lowly grunts through means of psychological intimidation. He acknowledged that he wouldn't be able to instil a feeling of apprehension in the members physically. No, a young teenager wouldn't be able to do that. What about getting others to-- now isn't the time to reminisce. With his hands planted in his jacket's pockets, Marc waited for the door to open with an unintentionally tapping foot.
[Sorry for taking so long ;;]
