"Fine." Wodahs growled. He still didnt drop his guard.

She tipped her head to the side.
"If you want, you can both sleep in the underground dens." she flicked her tail to the huge red stone with the hole in its belly, "I dug enough room for five. You guys go ahead and rest up. I'll go and see about some fruit."
Evolia knew fruit here was a good way to fight of infection from the attacks they took.

Ruth nodded, smiling. She didn't need protection, but it was amusing to see Evolia offer. She didn't move from her spot, but stared up at the night sky. It was bleached red with the setting sun. Ruth wasn't very tired, but felt a bit broken. She wanted fruit. Juicy, dark red fruit that grows in clumps on beautiful trees by the sea... no, no, don't think of that now. The taste that filled your mouth when you break through the thin skin, and eat the fleshy inside... NO. STOP. She sat, ears pricked (not pricked, she's in human form, but you know... listening) before walking over to Wodahs. "What do you think is up with Evolia?" she whipered to him. "She's jumpy, and hasn't been in human form yet..."

"I dont know," He said shruging. "Maby she had loads of coffe."

[Evolia Redmoon]

Evolia flicked her ears back as they're tones drifted away, vanishing behind the trees and bushes she swayed through. Her paws stepped over the snow, crunching it lightly, but she saw the fruit hanging just a few yards away. They hung on a rather sad looking tree with its bark peeling off the wood and branches layered with huge clusters of dark red fruit with blue flecks across the fury skins. Laping up, she snapped her teeth over a few, ripping at least twelve pairs of the fuzzy vegitaiton before turning back, gathering them by the stems in her maw.
She appeared back in a few minutes, noticing Ruth close to Wodahs. Her wolf eyes shone brightly, but they furrowed a bit, as if giving them a suspisous look before dumping the load at their feet. Wordlessly, she turned and trudged off to the small pond to lap a few mouthfuls.

"Thanks." Wodahs said bighting one. Again the sense of something aproaching shot throught him. He looked up and looked around, but nothing was there.

Ruth snorted. "Coffee!" she exclaimed. "First of all, she hasn't had no coffee. Second, coffee makes your brain go fuzzy. I don't drink it. Oh, except for carmel-chocolate lates. Does that count?" she blurted. Then she noticed Evolia come in and went silent, forcing a painted smile across her face. she sniffed the fruit. Ah. Common fruit. She craved the rare kind, that came from her home. The sea. she made a face, but scooped up a bunch of the sweet treats into her mouth. Now she was craving meat. Deer meat. But she had already eaten today, and wasn't in the mood to shift and go hunt. She sighed and rubbed the stones in her pocket. She slurped water from the pond and thanked Evolia, then said, "Evolia, I think I'll head to bed. When are you shifting? Don't you sleep in human form on warm nights like such?" she asked plantively, hand n her hips.

Evolia looked up from the pool, her red tongue sliding across her jaws to lap off water. Her brown eyes held a tint of puzzlement, then softened to a small sadness.
"I try not to use my human form," she said softly, "Its...kinda hard to explain, at the moment." Evolia dropped her gaze breifly. Would Ruth understand if she told her? Probably not. She didn't seem one to take in another's choppy past.
"I'll shift at dawn. I'm use to staying up for nights on end. Don't worry about it. Go on," Evolia looked back up, her eyes smiling what her wolf lips couldn't, "I'll see ya in the morning. Then we can hunt and get things together."
Dropping her head down to dip her muzzle in the water again, she lapped up some more drink, then raised her muzzle heaven ward and casted down droplets of clean water down her neck. Without turning to Ruth, she added, "Oh, and make sure Wodahs goes with you. He needs his sleep, and since that scuffle we had...well...he may not listen at the moment. To me, anyways." Her sharp shoulders slumped a little.

Ruth eyed Evolia, understanding slighty her predicament. "You don't have to tell me," she began, "but it would make you feel better if you did." She was surprised at her own bravery at this point, and her sympathy. She laughed when Evolia said Wodahs wouldn't listen to her. "He doesn't listen to anybody, you know that, right? I'll lose the rest of this pathetic shirt to his angry claws if I mention it to him. Oh well..." she sighed, staring into the distance.
