William scolwed at Bernard as he wedged himself between him and Hollyn. His eyes narrowed dangerously, but really he couldn't throw him out the window like he oh so wished he could do. He'd be in trouble with both the authorities and Hollyn if he did that...

So, he held his tongue and stepped back to allow the angel to help her up off the couch. He was pleased though, when she brushed past the other man, and William gave a bullish snort as he followed her out the door.



(Lol you know him from TaC. He's a verbal whiplash. It makes up for his awful eyesight lol)


"Yes. It is waiting in the round about." Claude said, stroking Child's Play on the nose before he was lead off. Soundless Whipping was following along behind, his old age revailed by his calm attitude as he was lead past the more rowdy 2 and 3 year olds.

He lead Alois back up to the front of the building and found their carrige easily, opening the door to allow him in before climbing aboard himself.

Sebastian, meanwhile, was still trying to rid Grell via a means of demonic hound. Though Pluto only seemed to have succeeded in kicking the red head in the face, which was less then expected from the butler. "I thought you would remain in your form..." he sighed, shaking his leg and shoulder to be rid of both creatures who were dueling over him. He pulled out his pocketwatch and frowned at the time. "Hm... you two have made me late..."

"Come along," She said tiredly. At this rate she'd fall asleep before they even got home. "I'm very tired," she admitted though it could be obviously seen now that her energy was down some. "I didn't get much sleep last night," she muttered. "Maybe we can come back and congratulate him tomorrow when I'm not as tired.

Bernard blinked, watching as Lady Holloway just continued on without his help. He narrowed his eyes at William as he trailed after Hollyn like a little puppy, well, one that could tear your throat out with his bare teeth anyways... Bernard brushed his hair out of his eyes again and followed out of the track so he could get home early, he would have to have the dinner table set for William to inspect and make acceptable for his Master to eat at. He would have to get their on foot of course, hence the reason he was given the title Footman, or Running Footman. Good thing he was in tiptop physical shape..

Bernard started out sprinting, getting a good lead before the carriage had even left. Ah, this job could be so tiresome at times...


Pluto continued to grapple for Sebastian's attention before getting the message that he was supposed to chase off Grell. Once this relayed through his thick skull the dog started to bark at the Shinigami, pawing at him furiously with his hand.

"He's going by foot?" She wondered. "Huh well... I suppose having you two in the same carriage would be troublesome anyways." She muttered making her way to the carriage, pausing to wait for William. As they boarded the carriage however and began on the way home, Hollyn actually did fall asleep in the carriage.

William nodded, helping Hollyn into the carrige. He sat across from her and the horses where whpped into motion, carting the two of them back to the manor. He settled his gaze of his drowsy mistress, and offered her her jacket for use as a pillow until they got home. It was a good ways off, but he assumed they'd be there in time. The cook had been preparing dinner before they had left, and Bernard was supposed to have the table set for their arrival. The butler scoffed. That was the only real reason he was there. To set the table.

He watched the scenery for a moment as they travelled, nearing the mansion. As the town turned to countryside, he waited. When Hollyn dozed off, he sighed. The carrige came to a stop in front of the manor and he picked her up, carrying her into the home and went to set her down in her bedroom until she awoke and was ready to eat.

[center][size=85]Alois nodded, stepping into the carriage when he was brought to it, leaning on the side and looking out the window as they moved onto the road, beginning the long trip back.

Claude pushed up his glasses. They rode in silence the whole way back.

Once they arrived at the manor, the butler got out and then helped Alois. The boy liked to be spoiled, as he was all too aware, and after helping him out like a pretty princess with glass slippers, followed him to the manion and stepped inside with him.

"I shall go ready the tea." Claude mused, bowing before walking off.

The Angel quickly made his way to the estate, frowning and pushing his hair out of the way again. Bernard then went into the dinning hall, drifting around and decorating the table with the dinner that had been prepared by the chef and placing the correct silverware out for the occasion. He set an extravagant looking plate down at the head of the table and nodded to himself proudly, hearing the carriage pull up just as he had finished. Excellent. Bernard had perfect timing.

William closed Hollyn's door after putting her in her room to rest, and stalked off down the hallway to find the troublesome angel and inspect his placings. The btler came through the doors of the diningroom and went over, looking over his arrangement of silverwear, glasses, and china. It seemed to be in order, aligned, and nothing was missing.

Only one thing left to do.

"Good job." William said, then looked at the Footman and smiled. "Only, she's alseep. I'm afraid your hardwork is for nothing. Clear it away until she has awoken and freshened up."

Oh, how he loved to crush the angel's bubble.
