She was created in a School in London, England and was experimented on there until she was nine and was sent to the School in California. Like I said in her personality, she still retains the british accent from her days in the School in the UK.

Danger walked to no place in particular. She just wandered. It all she had been doing for the last year. Wandering with no purpose. She didn't know who the Flock was. She knew that there were others out there like her, but see didn't know where. She walked down the street nearing Ella's house, even though she didn't know who she was. She wore a white hoodie tank top and black jeans. Her skin pale under the bright sun, her hair bright red. The hair was no dyed. The scientists at the School in the UK created her to have literally red hair. She had bright green-blue eyes. Maybe fate had something in stare for her today. Maybe.
