Ariana sighed, shaking her head lightly as she slipped out of Charlotte's arms. The little girl fell for a moment before her wings snapped open. Glowering, her deep blue eyes searched along the ground. "Char.. Why's it all red and orange?" She asked, not realizing that to the others the ground would be perfectly normal. Turning back to the leader, she realized that her body was outlined in purple, and squinted her eyes. What was going on?

I blushed a little...but tried to hold back a laugh. "pshhhtt, no way." I said, letting a giggle slip out. "you're too funny Madi. But seriously, there's no way on earth." I said, but I took that into mind. Did he really like me? I don't know, but I'd be keeping my eye on him.

I laughed a bit, and gave madi a crazy look. "yeah, okay." I said. Might as well agree with her since she seemed to be right. She would know much more about him than I would. And, when I looked back at him, he was blushing. I looked over at madi and an 'oh no.' Went through my mind. She looked like she was planning something....

Zane D.| Second in Command

There isn't a thing called 'dark and dangerous.' For me, it's 'dark, handsome, cool, witty, and dangerous'

Zane gasped as Char did the exploding thingo. "My god, Char! What are you doing?" He asked, drifting closer, but a bit afraid of the smell of burning ozone. He looked over her shoulder, trying to see what had made it stink so bad, crackling and fizzing and such. "Did you just spilt an atom? Poor Eve, you killing her husbandy thingo. Tsk. Bad Char." Zane scolded teasingly.

The avian-human hybrid backed off quickly, not wanting to feel the wrath of his leaders newly found power. He guessed that she didn't have much control over it yet, which would make it even more dangerous if she tried it again without practice: they could all die. Be exploded, KABOOM! No more birdy kids. That would make the Erasers job much, much easier, Zane thought, but surviving would be harder, when you're dead.

"Char," Zane tenitivly asked, "How on Earth did you do that, exploding thingo? With your head?" He drifted to the side and folded his wings slightly, pulling them into a small drop. After about thirty feet, he pulled up and circled back to where the others where poking along. "Come on guys!" He called over his shoulder as he came up next to Char, "You can go faster than that! Pitiful! I bet there are snails going faster than us down there!"

Lany screached at Zane's comment. "Zane!" she roared, "You filthy son of a biscut! I'll get you for that!" She sped up, an easy feat considering the flocks pokey pace, and leveled out near Ari, Char and Zane. Lanu watched as Zane pestered Char for something, and it smelled wierd. Like burning ozone.

"Char!" Lanu yelled, coming closer, forgetting entirly about Zane. "What are you doing? It smells bad over here. Zane, did you fart?" she asked, looking at Zane in a, Bad boy, why you fart? way. "Because, if you did, it smells like burning things," she added, sniffing the air and making a disgusted face at the scent.

OOC: Sorry, not much to say for Lane >.<

OOC: @TeamJacob, Char had discovered a new power, Zane and Thim are bothering her, Ari is now flying on her own and can see auras. Nothing big for the flock as a whole, they're just going really, really slowly and this is bothering Char.

Charlotte looked over at Ari, to make sure the little girl was doing alright to catch up with the rest of The Flock. She studied the young girl carefully, seeing nothing wrong with her. "The world is red and orange?!" Charlotte asked, quite surprised. She looked at the ground. Nope, it was normal. She turned her gaze back to Ari, and said,"It's probably a new power of yours. Being able to see the world in different colors. Like auras. Mainly, you can see the world in colors other people can't." Charlotte explained to Ari, not sure that the little girl would understand quite yet. Strange...how many powers did this little girl have?

The fifteen (I'm pretty sure that's how old she is.) year old swiveled her head to look blankly at Zane Devir, also known as Second in Command, also known as one of the most annoying people of mankind. She didn't answer at first, and let him carry on with his talking, until she finally waited for the right time to answer. After he scolded her, she decided to answer, deciding that she had had enough. "No, more like split a molecule, which is made up of atoms...I'm pretty sure. I'm not positive though, since it's been ages since I had real life education." she replied shrugging. On the outside, Charlotte didn't show her feelings about her new power. But on the inside, she was practically exploding. Good thing no one else but her could read minds.

Reading Zane's mind caused her to furrow her eyebrows together and frown. "When have I ever told you to think like that, Zane Devir?" she asked him, her eyebrows raised, and her mouth still in a frown. She had told him many times not to think or say things like that. He should know! He was Second in Command, for heaven's sake! If he was just going to tell The Flock that while she was gone, or dead, then she should just bring him down to a fighter or something!

"No, not with my head or my thoughts, Zane." Charlotte said, annoyed and irritated from his constant babble. "I just closed my eyes for a moment when you made that snide remark, and I saw the individual molecules, or atoms. Whatever you want to call them. I was swinging my hand to punch you, when my finger sliced open one of them, and it exploded." Charlotte said honestly. What was the point of hiding that she was going to punch him if the explosion hadn't happened? Nothing. There was no point. She turned her gaze to the rest of The Flock, who were tired, but they could go faster than the pace they were going now.

As Zane made the remark of her being slower than a snail, she clenched her jaws together, and made herself stay put and not kill Zane on the spot. "Would you really like me to fly as fast as I can, and leave you all behind when none of you even bother to lay eyes on a map to find where we actually are going?!" she challenged, her eyes glinting with hate. Why was Zane so annoying?!

@Sorina: What does seeing aura's do? I kind of don't want Ariana to have anymore powers, since she is already so powerful. ^^" Is that okay with you?))

I looked over to Madisyn,and I saw that she had her grinner on.It comes when she is about to do something.But then it dissapeared,and she asked Lei something.

Leilani:
I instantly blushed every shade of pink out there. "uhhhm, err, i, ye, maybe, um, no yes. Uhmm, yeah." I managed to get out. Wow, real smooth. I hastily tucked hair behind my ear and pressed my lips together. I sighed, why was I so awkward? Geez, I needed "how to socialize with others for dummies." Honestly, I didn't see how it was possible for someone to be that awkward.

For once, Zane didn't reply to Char. He just shrugged and drifted over to Ari. He spoke quietly, without the air of sarcasm that he usually used. "Hi, Ari. Are you doing allright? How did you sleep?" Zane didn't use the 'baby voice' that others would when they talked to a younger person. Well, human-avian for the flock. He knew Ari. She wasn't a little helpless baby.

Jeeze, Char! He thought, staring up at his forhead angrily, Do you have to 'read' my mind or whatever? I like having my head to myself, without other people trying to rent space. Thank you very much, he finished sarcasticly, but Ari couldn't "Hear" or whatever him "talking".

Zane yawned slowly, more out of boredom than tiredness. "Char!" he called up, "How much farther do we have?" But that wasn't it. He thought quietly to her, And the longer we stay up here, the more I think Erasers will get us. We're an easy target. He shot a glance over at the others flapping behind him. He sighed and turned his attention to the front again, flying in a loose clump.

Thim sighed and locked her joints, coasting on a virtualy 'river of air'. She closed her eyes and let the wind whistle through her feathers and hair, blowing it back it ripples. She thought slowly, Finally, Zane shut up! Lane's eyes suddenly snapped open and she folded in her wings, dropping like a rock. She spread her arms open wide, embracing the free-fall.

Lany slowly unfurled her large wings and stopped her fall, gathered herself up and downstroked, sending herself about ten feet up. She began to flap hard, shooting up to meet the flock. She leveled out near Blayne and hit a bit of turbulance. She turned out of it and dropped down a little, trying not to die.
