Takeshi was like a deer in headlights again. "You look, awesome." He looked down at himself, all covered with dirt and blood... "If you don't mind, Can I go change too?"

Victoria blushed, seeing that he was staring. "Thanks..." She murmured, looking at the ground. She looked up when he began to talk. "Oh, yeah! Of course." She smiled at him sweetly.

"This is why I didn't want you to become one in the first place.... I knew this would happen..." He said in a low whisper. "I've seen it before." She began to speak again, and he looked up at her with wide eyes. "Taru, don't... please..." He tried to stop her, his voice wavered. He looked out the door at 3 feet of snow on the ground. "How.... does she move so fast...." He wondered aloud, and began to run through her path, but the snow wouldn't let him move as fast as he would have liked. "Taru!"

Taru heard him and stopped, whipping her gaze back around to him. "....." She glared down at the snow, and her muscles began to tense up. "Stop following me!.. All I'm going to do..... rgh.... is hurt you even more!" She shouted at him, trying to keep steady, but already, she could feel the need to fight. "No!" She screamed and forced herself to blackout. The demon in her couldn't do anything if she were unconscious.

Garrett froze in his tracks. "Taru, you don't have to do this!" He tried to convince her not to leave, when she suddendly fell to the ground. He shook his head, trudging towards her until he finally reached her. He sat down, the snow crunching beneath him, and picked up her head gently. "Why did this have to happen..." He murmured.

"Thanks..." He smiled back, and dove back into the house. Changing quickly, he came back in black skinny jeans, a red-and white-striped polo, black skater shoes underneath, and all cleaned up, hair brushed, etc. "That's a ton better, It's been a long time since I've actually looked decent." still smiling, he laid an arm on her shoulders. "Well, ready to go?"

Victoria smiled as he walked out of his house. "You look good Taka-" She paused, blushing as he put her arm around her shoulder. "Shi...." She murmured, grinning. "Okay, yeah. I'm ready to go... But there's just one problem. I-" She cut her self off, looking at the ground. "I don't have a car." She said quietly.

Taru's eyes fluttered open and she stared up at Garrett with saddened eyes. "But I have to leave... I'll hurt you if I don't." she whimpered, touching Garrett's cheek with worry.

"I can handle it Taru... Please... please don't leave me..." He murmured, looking into her eyes softly. "Anything would be better than that..."

"Oh... I almost forgot..." Takeshi took a keychain out of his pocket and pressed a button. Around the corner, there screamed a BMW sport bike. "Our ride?" Takeshi got a grin on his face.

"Oh, wow..." She murmured, walking up to the car. "Thats... That's amazing!" She put a hand on it. "This is yours?" She asked him, surprised.
