I personally think you can enhance his arrogance and his dry sense of humor; a smirk here, a witty comment there... It might seem like a little but adds up to quite the post. :3))

-----"Oh you bet I do," he grinned, when his phone rang. "Pause the game." He picked up his phone to find a clave member on the other line. He put it on speaker so Jace could hear.
-----"Where are all the others? There is a huge demon attack in the middle of the city! You're one of the people I can contact. Maryse isn't picking her phone!" Before Tristan could answer, the call was ended.
-----"Uh-" He looked to Jace. "Guess no more games for today," he said. "Come on. We should get suited up, Wayland."

Species;; Shadowhunter
Description/Picture;; He has blonde hair that is almost dirty blonde, but still light. His eyes are stormy and gray and usually look concentrated. His style is laid back and comfortable, he tries to play down his height. Ethan's skin is surprisingly pale and freckled in places, even though he grew up in California.
Personality;; Ethan is quite quiet, but the quietness goes away when he has to hunt something down. He lets a few people get close, but other than that tries to close himself off. He isn't the brightest when it comes to book smarts, but he definitely is street smart. and loves to daydream. He knows he's rather young, but he is more mature than most of the people his age that he had met.
History;; Grew up in California. Raised as a Shadowhunter by his parents, but he didn't know many others like him. When his parents realized they couldn't teach him much more, they told him he could stay with them or go to New York. He chose New York, so that's where he is.
Other;; Any help transitioning into roleplay is much appreciated. I'm never good at jumping in.
