Crystal smiledand laughed "You've done enough Princess" she said and squeezed her hands softly. She thought of something and agreed with herself "When the Harvest is over, i can go sneak some cookies out of the kitchen and bring some, we can have a little party of our own, that is if i don't have to much to drink" she giggled. She looked out of the window as the reached Avalon.

"That sounds like excellent fun," she smiled and looked out the window again. She adjusted her earrings and mask on her face. "Are we here?" she asked looking around. "That didn't take near so long as I imagined." She looked to Crystal. "Do you know where we're supposed to be going for the dance?"

Crystal nodded "The throne room i belive" she said getting out of the carriage, the driver helped her out and she waited for the princess. She looked around at the beautiful castle. "My they decorate well...look at me i sound like a grandmother!" she giggled to herself. She smiled at some of the gaurds and knights.

Serena sighed and tapped the roof of the carriage, to let the driver know she wanted to leave. But the driver walked up to the carriage, opening the door. “Princess, your father told me he doesn’t want you to travel alone.” he said. Serena sighed softly and looked at the driver. “I know that, though if we won’t leave now, I will be late. I think it is worse if I’m late as if I travel alone.” Serena replied. “Besides, you travel with me, don’t you?” she asked, smiling softly. The driver sighed. “As you wish, princess.” he said, before closing her door.

A few minutes later, the carriage started the ride towards Avalon. Serena looked outside as they drove, enjoying the beauty of nature. It was nice to get out of the palace for once, to meet new people. Serena was happy this event wasn’t only for royals, but for everybody. Though Serena knew that there was a small chance there were normal people from Elyadon at the harvest dance. It was quite a trip, and not much people had a carriage.

Serena twirled a strand of her red hair around her finger, her mind drifting off. She wondered how it went with Aiden. Was he also nervous? He was going to meet his wife-to-be after all. She hadn’t seen Aiden in a while, though they used to be very close. Maybe because they had the same destiny: to unite both the kingdoms again. Serena watched the trees pass by and thought about her siblings. Realizing she spoke some of them barely. Like Tristan. But that was kinda logic, since he spent almost all of his time in the woods, while she was being kept inside with Nick most of the time. Not that Nick was bad company. No, instead, she loved spending time with her younger brother. Though she thought it was kinda sad Nick couldn’t lie and that was why she tried to be honest with him all the time. She trusted her brother, and sure liked the fact he had visited her this morning.

Hours pass by as Serena travelled towards the Avalon castle, deep in thoughts. She immediately noticed it when she crossed the border. Knights passed by, probably to solve some problems in the forest. Maybe they also had the problem of rogues around the kingdom. She remembered their own kingdom had to deal with it a few months ago, but Aiden had captured the rogues soon and since they hadn’t had any problems from them anymore.

It was strange to realize this ‘border’ wouldn’t be there anymore in a few more years. The princess was soon turning nineteen, and knew the marriage was supposed to take place soon. Serena was glad she wasn’t on her own. To be honest, she was happy her brother would stand at her side. It calmed her, knowing her brother would be around if the eldest prince of Avalon seemed to be mean… or if she didn’t like him. But she knew there would be a slight chance of that. The princess wasn’t really able to hate people.

Ignoring the driver's outstretched hand, Arabella exited the carriage and looked up at the big stone building before her. "This place is amazing," she thought looking around in awe. She smiled at Crystal. "Come on let's go show those Avalon boys how Elaydon girls have fun!" She laughed and began to run towards the castle.

Crystal followed her "Okay!" she said. SHe laughed and looked up towards the building as she ran. This night was going to be AWESOME!. She stopped breathing hard "Wait up!" she said reaching the doors.

~Arabella, Princess of Elaydon~

Arabella slowed to a walk when she reached the big wooden doors, waiting for Crystal. It would not look good if we arrived at a full run, she thought as she tried to slow her breathing. She smiled and adjusted her lace shawl and her mask. "Ready?" she smiled at Crystal, who looked beautiful in her blue gown and mask. "We're going to break hearts tonight. But the dance doesn't start for a few minutes. Shall we have a bit of an explore?"

Knight - 17 - Avalon
The Avalon knight sighed as he changed into his suit. Tyler raked a hand through his black hair before hiding a dagger in his boot. Work went on, always. If there was a threat, it would be irresponsible for the knight not to carry a weapon. Defend who needed to be defended, attack when needed. That’s were Tyler lived for. It didn’t matter to him who needed to be defended. A prince, child, or a simple peasant. Everybody was equal to him if it came to that. Tyler looked outside, at the sun and knew it was almost time for the dance. He put on his dark blue mask, and sighed, before heading outside. The knight locked his door before he headed towards the castle. He walked on his slow, casual pace. There was no need to hurry, the dance wasn't going to start yet.

Crystal shrugged, she adjusted her shrug "I was thinking catching some attention now, then breaking hearts, btu okay" she said. She straightened out her dress, and fixed her mask. She took a deep breath "Lets do this" she said in a strange manly voice, she giggled and went inside.

Arabella laughed riotously and followed her friend inside. She looked around the entrance to the castle, her eyes wide and a smile on her face. "This is going to be a wonderful adventure," she smiled and moved over to a carving on one of the walls of a battle scene, running her hand over the body of a charging horse.
