Felt sorry for himself in fact the only reason he would try was because he was going to help her. She really had no idea though Rachel was the only one who loved him his parents thought of him as a waste his brother only cared for Rachel and Shimmer, shimmer being his girlfriend. There was no point in surge winning. And he didn't want to win because that would mean Sapheara dying and that was what he didn't want to happen so he wanted to die so she didn't have to. He rolled his eyes not quite understanding what he had just went over in his head. Sighing he sat up and looked on the floor. Right on the floor in front of him lay Sapheara's ribbon. He picked it up and walked over to the elevator and went down to the training floor and walked over to her "This yours?" he asked raising his eyebrows questioningly.

Sapheara looked at him, "Yeah, thank you so much." She took the ribbon from him and tied it into her hair again. She gave Surge a small hug then said, "Thank you, one thousand times." She sighed and looked very tired, her face seemed to carry a new weight to it, as though the games had already started. "I'm going to get ready for bed." She yawned and patted his cheek. Sapheara walked upstairs and got into a short silk night gown. She took the flowers out of her simple braid and sighed, her hair fell in wavy locks. Sapheara groaned, tomarrow was the interview, that means Otac would tell the audience that they were 'in love' and it would break Surges heart. Sapheara walked to the balcony sadly and sat on the railing. She looked out among the people, so clean and lazy, never knowing how people suffered...how she suffered.

Surge smiled slightly pain still in his face It had been There for a long time now but most of this time unnoticible. He took the elevator up and went to his room again he lay down looking at the wall.

bryony curled up in her bed and lay there quietly and when her mentor came and started banging on her door for dinner she simply went into the bathroom with her blankets and hid out under the sink until the banging stopped and she finally fell asleep

Sapheara looked in the mirror, she hardly looked like herself. She was wearing a electric yellow gown, the hugged her hips and was strapless. The bottom flared out slightly and when she moved sparks of electricity flew out the bottom. Her golden hair was in a waterfall braid that complimented her dress perfectly. Sapheara's bright blue eyes were matched with a silver eye shadow. She was flawless as she walked down to the waiting room in silver satin slippers, Her long legs peeking out of a long slit in the side of the dress, and saw Otac, she walked over and bumped his shoulder, whispering, "Don't forget what has to be said. You'll do great." She went and sat down, silently hoping that Otac liked her dress. she mentally slapped herself, thinking, 'Its supposed to be pretend, you don't actully need to be in love with him, its just to get the sponsers.' She sighed and thought about what Ceaser would ask, Otac would go before her, since he was from district two.
