Vanessa stared intently at her book. She was reading Harry Potter and it just got to an interesting part! Then she heard a sound outside. She tentatively set down her book and stood up. She poked her head out the door of her cabin, and looked into the nearby forest. She saw a shadow move inside. She sighed. It was probably just a forest nymph, but figured she should check it out. The sun was setting, so it was getting dark. She was feeling playful, so she lit up her finger after saying, "Lumos!", and walked into the forest.
