"great...a ball..." Abber said sarcastically. She had never been to a ball, but her father said they were wretched. Suddenly perked up and mumbled quietly to herself. "hm...a murder at the Queen's ball...I like the sound of that." the Jabberwocky spoke out loud to the Queen. "nah, I have one." She flapped her giant wings and her short shorts and mid drift high shirt longened into an elegant black and red gown with silver dragons on it.

"Beautiful!" Roslyn grinned. Cheshire Cat laid back in mid-air. "I don't understand why Jabber mumbles when there's a cat in the room." Cheshire thought. He decided not to send her back, and wait to see what she was planning.

Cheshire Cat stuck out his bottom lip at her comment. "Don't think I won't put you in lock down if you try." Cheshire told her, floating over her head and next to Furatta. Cheshire Cat honestly wanted Jabber to become good, but it didn't seem to be working. She seemed better at that tree in the woods. He figured he'd bring her back there later.

"Enough of the dark atmosphere, why don't we do something? How about chess?" the queen asked excitedly. "Chess..? That seems normal..." Lyric shrugs. "Follow me!" Roslyn says. She stops in front of a room with a checkerboard style for with gigantic chess pieces. "Not so normal now..." Cheshire mumbled. The pieces looked like statues of actual knights on horses, bishops, and kings and queens. It was actually quite frightening. "These are the people I would send after you if I actually wanted you dead, cat. And they'd get the job done!!" Roslyn grinned. Cheshire Cat shrank a bit under the queen's gaze.
