"Wait!" Lexi yelled after Zark, obviously annoyed. "Forgot I was here, huh?" she asked, standing in front of the passageway and tapping her foot. She realized with a slight frown that this was the first time Zark had seen her outside of her shapeless robes, and she wished he had said something. The day they had played with the squid and had the race, she'd taken off the actual robe and was wearing the white shirt underneath, no vest. Now she wore a dark green hoodie and black leggings, her tapping feet clad in black boots.

Zark stared for a moment, then shook his head, blinking fast. "No way...I thought you were still back there in Hogsmeade..."

"So you meant to say that you tried to leave me?" she asked bluntly, narrowing her eyes. "I can keep up just fine."

"No!" Zark insisted. "Ok, to be honest...I didn't want to lose it in front of..." Right then, the moon started coming out. "Oh no..." he whispered, diving down behind the tree. "Noo...." he moaned.

She whipped out her wand, not wanting to hurt him, but if he did try to attack her, she knew that she might have t. "Z-Zark...?" she called, taking a step back.

"I'm ok for the moment, but let's get inside just in case..." he said, crawling into the tunnel and huddling there.
