Karen sighed inwardly and clenched her jaw in frustration at Claude's comment towards her. That brat needs some etching and many more subjects than manner. She blinked in faint fear as Alois noticed her blush. God, for as smart as I am, why am I so stupid?! Here it is. This is where he maims me. Maybe if I'm lucky he'll kill me. She thought letting the pillow hit her and tensing her muscles as the boy headed for her. She then relaxed when the boy climbed into the carriage, but the thought of Claude "taking care" of her brought a fresh wave of fear.

The girl gave a weak nod and looked down to her lap, removing the cloth slowly ... She kept the eye closed and her hair covering it, trying to hide it's odd colour. Though the stinging never went away, and she could swear that she could see better out of the left eye instead of her right eye, almost like everything was focused on with the left, but not the right.

The girl flinched back a bit, using her hand to cover her eye. "i-i'll be fine ... r-really ... i can remove the cloth and change it ...' she murmured. She wasn't a doctor, but she usually changed her own eye bandages herself, mainly to avoid other's seeing her odd-coloured eye.

Meanwhile, a rather well dressed man was addressing the crowd much like an audience, standing at a booth filled with sweets and treats that all seemed to be unique. He had a long thin cane that was decorated much like a peppermint stick you'd see at Christmas. " welcome ladies and gentlemen, to the finest corner confectionery of candies and little trinkets galore!" he said in a cheery voice. "oooooh - well it's time to stop those" snickers ... to untwist those knickers - and come to have a biiiite~" he began to sing.

youngen, teen, and agein'
you can come and try some, if you liiike ~

'cause way back in the olden decades,
anywhere candy was displayed,
it did not take much to persuade,
buying all the candy that, was, maaaaaade~

The list went on as he sang, gesturing to some of the crowd, almost bouncing around them in swift fluid motions, also gesturing to each candy he named on the cart. He managed to catch the attention of most of the audiance, now jumping back into place as he sang the ending to his song

about the candy that was made,

Kaii stopped when she heard someone singing. Whether or not it was pleasant was up for debate- it was one of those voices you couldn't tell whether or not you liked. Intrigued, she went to check it out. Not a huge fan of candy, but she had a weird craving for it. She jumped off her horse and ordered the golden creature to stay. Like most horses, it did not question, only snorted. She looked to the man selling candy and took out her purse. She made it through the small crowd of people effortlessly. "Anything sour, like your voice?" She said with a succinct smile.

Skipping around her room, she twirled about, her dress flowing a bit around her. Stopping her twirling, she smiled, looking to Paula. "Paula, let's go take a walk in the garden while we wait, hm?" she asked, smiling brightly. Paula nodded in agreement, and the two girls left the room, heading down the stairs and walking outside into the garden. Linking her arm with Paula's, Lizzy skipped through the garden, looking around at all the beautiful flowers while chatting away with her friend and maid.

Claude calmly picked up the pillow dusting it off "as you were" he said to the maid and turned away. He climbed up the carriage and began steering the horses on

Alois stared at the maid through the window "Claude, when we get back, make sure she learns a lesson. You're mine." he stuck out his tongue, the mark lighting up. "You hear me?" he spoke up

Harllequin gently ran cool water over Ashley's eye. "there was a lot of grime in your tear duct." she paid no mind to the different colors. "this should feel better." she held out the warm cloth to the girl with a smile

Claude's eyes flashed red and returned to yellow "yes highness" he said and nods slightly. He pulls up into town and climbs down holding a hand out for Alois

Saki walked out of the ally when she heard a guy singing. She followed the voice to a candy stand, she sniffed at the air before scrunching up her nose in distaste. She never really was the one for sweats since she was use to eating nothing but meat when she was lucky on her hunts. She let out a sigh before walking off, towards an ally. 'Maybe if I'm lucky I might be able to catch a deer or something tonight.' Saki thought to herself before shaking her head.

Alois smiled and closed his eyes for the ride. When they stopped he stood. When Claude offered a hand, he took it and used it to jump down and twirl around "Where should we go first?! he skipped around "I want to spend money and get new things~!"

"Perhaps you would like more cloths? Or more cosmetics highness?" Claude offered and closed the carriage door. He turned to his highness and slowly scanned the area around them
