indentationOctavia walked up to the front of the dropship, where the door was situated. She grinned, they had made it, they were on the ground. No one had gone outside yet, they all seemed to be waiting for the first one, probably to test the waters for them. Cowards.O thought. She looked around and spotted a girl who looked like she was going to pass out. She pushed her way through the crowd and over to the girl. "You good?" O asked, coming to a halt in front of the girl.

As O looked closer at her, the girl had a large lump on her forehead and her lip was bleeding. O grimaced as she looked at the girl's bruised and battered face. We should find you something cold for that." O wasn't a doctor, but at least she had common sense. This girl must have been one of the ones that had broken out of her harness while the drop ship was landing. O shook her head, glad she hadn't been the one to do that. O looked around, she watched as another girl almost fell over as she stood from her seat. She watched as she walked over and stood by...

Bellamy? She was shocked, how in the world did Bellamy get on the dropship with a bunch of criminals. O shook her head, coming out of the trance. "Bellamy! Bellamy!" O yelled across the dropship. She got a lot of funny looks, but she didn't care, she just wanted to see her brother. It had been so long since she had seen him, it had been at least five to six years, that she had been locked away.

Brooke was heavily surprised that she hadn’t emptied out whatever was left in her stomach by now. She was in full panic-mode, to such a degree that her body felt empty, weightless. Practically lifeless, she swayed with the aggressive jerks of the dropship, her muscles having seemingly disintegrated the second she realized what was happening to them. They were sent to their deaths by those up in the Ark. Brooke knew what she had done almost two years ago had been against the law, but she couldn’t help herself. Seeing her beloved mother on her deathbed was heart-wrecking, scarring, and to do nothing about it… Brooke didn’t think she’d be able to live with herself. Well, now it seemed she didn’t have much to live for, anyway. This was a cruel way to kill off a good part of the population, wasn’t it? She knew from the moment she’d been tossed into one of the jailcells in the back, eery part of the Ark that she was going to eventually be sent to her death, but through it all, Brooke had been preparing herself for the ways of the Floating process, not this. Tentatively, she lifted her head slightly and looked around.

It seemed the anxiety bottled up inside of her burst, then, at the sight of reckless teenagers floating like ice cubes on the surface of a glass of cold water. Cackles shot out around her, and she felt queasy. No… No, no, no, no. Not a single word seemed to want to come out of her mouth. Closing her hazel eyes, only for them to shoot open a moment later, Brooke’s hand gripped the arm of her cracked chair, squeezing so tightly her fists turned white. Things escalated, feeling as though they were driving over bumps of who-knows-what, and a screeching noise pierced the air.

    Then everything went silent.

Brooke had been thrown back in her seat, and she was ever-so-grateful to have been given a sturdy harness. The stillness that had cast a blanket atop of them were nerve-wracking, uncomfortable, and for a minute longer, she became one with it. Eventually, movement struck around her, and she noted that people had begun to unstrap themselves. With shaky hands, Brooke unclipped her harness, nearly toppling right back over as she stood. Legs as weak as jello, she kept her head low as she made her way towards the exit, her walk matching the speed of a tortoise’s. Ahead, a tall boy with curly chocolate hair was skimming over the faces around them. Brooke didn’t have to know him to know he was likely going to become one of the leaders. She slid closer to him, mostly because she felt she wasn’t going to get trampled over there, and folded her arms across her chest, biting her lip anxiously as she looked around once again.

Finn wasn’t always the most nervous of the bunch when it came to new changes – he appreciated them immensely, truth be told – but he knew something was wrong the second the guards yanked him up and out of his cell. And he couldn’t be closer from the truth. It had taken an extra minute for him to process what was happening, as the dropship wasn’t exactly “dropship-noticeable” as he was blindly tossed into a dark room. At first, he hadn’t thought much about it. Although the room itself was midnight-black, it was a change in scenery, a fresh breather for them all.

And then came the casted video of Chancellor Jaha, and Finn knew they were in deep trouble. Earth. He hadn’t often paid much attention to class back on the Ark, but he knew that Earth was troublesome; it was the reason they lived up in the sky. That was a cruel way to die, wasn’t it? As the dropship lurched, he found himself thinking about Raven. He had had every intention of saying goodbye to her before being floated, but things had escalated and taken a turn down a completely different path. Guilt coursed through him, even though he knew deep inside he didn’t have any control of the situation. Looking around now, Finn knew he had to make the most of it all.

He wasn’t sure if he was the first to remove his harness or not. Finn, in all honesty, wasn’t even fully aware of the action of unclipping the harness, but before he knew it, he was bouncing up in the air. A gleeful laugh escaped his lips and all signs of troubles slipped from his brain. “This is wild!” he hollered, laughing again like a little kid. Pushing his hands through the air, he attempted a backflip. Now he knew why Raven was so excited to try and spacewalk. This was worth every punishment.

And in that moment, he seemed to summon exactly that, for the dropship lurched once again, and Finn went flying – quite literally – through the air, slamming into a metal side of the ship. Immediately, black and white static filled his vision, and his head slumped. A groan sounded from around him, and it took him an extra second to realize it had come from him. Head pounding, shoulder practically on fire, Finn squeezed his eyes shut and very gently shook his head. He soon realized that there was no longer evident movement, but his mind was far more focused on the pain raining down on him. Pressing his lips together in pain, he kept his eyes shut, leaning his head back against the wall. He took in a shaky breath, then cursed to himself.

    Raven, I’m so sorry.

gender; Female age; 18 species; Human ethnicity; Trikru sexuality; Lesbian

mentions; Lexa, Gulietta tagged; Gulietta,

indentationAli Smiled at the healer, in a positive sort of way. "I'm sure if it did Heda would be more concerned." Ali spoke calmly, not at all how she felt on the inside. What if it had hurt some of their people, what if the scouts had been caught by whatever had landed here. Ali shook her head, pushing those thoughts aside. She dipped her head once more to the healer and then made her way over to the commander. Ali stood beside her chair as Lexa played with the knife.

Lexa didn't really seem to notice the Ali was there, she looked deep in thought about something, but when Gulietta spoke the normal light in her eyes was back, glowing fiercely in her amber eyes. Ali didn't wait for the commanders response, she walked out of the tent and down the hill, standing at the base. She looked around. all around her the warriors were going on with battle preparations like nothing had happened, but when she had walked out, she had seen a couple of curious faces peer up at her. She continued to walk till she reached to woods where she liked to walk, alone. Lexa didn't know about these walks, if she did she would probably try to stop Ali from taking them, but Ali didn't care, this was her time to be alone.

Everyday she had to be near people, talking to diplomats and ambassadors from other nations. So every once in a while she would go and take walks alone in the woods. She loved these walks, they always reset her mind when she needed it cleared. She loved to woods too, the trees, she thought she could hear them whisper in the winds, or the creaks of the branches. The soft ferns that she brushed past, were green, her favorite color, and the stars shone in the night time, through the trees. These were her favorite things.

indentationLexa nodded to her healer. "Done." Lexa watched as Ali exited the tent. She sighed in relief, not want to have told the young warrior to leave. "We must move to a more secure location. I don't know when we will be back, but for now we can't take any chances." Lexa sighed, jabbing to point of her knife into the polished wood of her chair's arm rest. "Ali will help you move stuff, take as many seconds as you need. I will inform the War chiefs." Lexa frowned, looking at the knife in her hand. Informing the War chiefs. That was the last thing she wanted to do at the moment.

But it was something she had to do, because being commander meant she had to do things that she didn't want to do. For the good of her people. Relocating was a good thing, she tried to convince herself. She was the leader, she made the decisions. She knew what was best for her people. This thought put her mind at at ease, at least more then it had been since the crash. "Spread the word, that I want everyone ready to move out by the time the scouts get back." Lexa stood and made her way to the back room, off the main part of the tent. These were her quarters, where she could finally be alone. Lexa entered her private quarters and sat down on her bed, burying her face in her hands, taking deep breaths. Lexa looked up and sighed. Standing she straightened up and walked out of the tent, ready to talk to the war chiefs.

indentationBellamy stood with his arms crossed tightly over his chest, he was watching his sister talk to another girl, the air around him was buzzing with the low hum of people talking. Octavia hadn't noticed him yet, but her eyes were wandering the ship so it was only a matter of time. He scanned the ship again and saw a girl with brown hair walk over to the side where Bellamy was standing, there she stopped and stood, looking around warily. Bellamy was about to walk over and talk to her when her heard his name.

"Bellamy! Bellamy!" Octavia had spotted him. He put on a huge grin and walked over to her as she came running his way. She jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly, squeezing the air out of Bellamy's lungs. He hadn't seen her for over five years after they had locked her up and floated their mother for having a second child. Bellamy hugged his sister in return, holding her close.

Clarke took a few moments, watching the others unclasp their harnesses and gush excitedly amongst themselves to just bask in the fact that she wasn't dead. She watched as one particular pair, a young girl with dark hair and a slightly older boy she called by the name Bellamy made their way towards each other excitedly. Based on hair color and the similar set to their eyes she guessed they were related somehow and she was momentarily curious before a low groan caught her attention. She turned back to one of the boys who had been floating when the ship landed and made her way towards him, thankfully he had survived his rather violent landing.

"Can you stand?" She asked, crouching beside him. She didn't see any blood, but that didn't really mean anything given the dark jacket he was wearing and the potential for internal bleeding. She reached her hands out, hesitant to touch him unsure if he would allow it or not. Instead she did as best of a visual assessment as she could. "Can you open your eyes? Does it feel like anything's broken?"

For a moment longer, Finn lay slumped up against one of the cold walls of the dropship, head still lulled as he concentrated on the shallowness of his breathing. Deep breath in.... and slowly exhale. His breath seemed to catch in his chest as he inhaled, but after about thirty seconds or so of doing just that, things seemed to ease up on him. Eventually, he allowed his eyes to flutter back open. At first, things were a blur; living bodies drifted around him like they were walking in molasses, but at the very same time, it looked like they were sprinting. Colours dashed right, left, and center until finally, things returned to their proper placement. Finn tilted his head up a bit, watching with a slightly mesmerizing, slightly dazed look in his eye as a light bulb weakly flickered in and out. He pressed his lips together in disapproval as it faded to its' ultimate death.

Strangely enough, the boy hadn't even realized someone had approached him until a sugar-sweet voice cut the tension that had formed a protective bubble around him. A somewhat goofy, evidently fatigued grin played at his lips as he stared into her icy, crystal blue eyes. "Take it easy there, princess," he drawled, dramatically placing the palms of his hands on the floor. "I've got this." He in fact did not, or at least, not right away. Though he managed to rise to his full height, he swayed on his feet, back clashing against the wall again. That being said, the buzzing dots that swarmed in and out of his vision cleared, and he was soon staring at no other than Clarke Griffin once more. For a second or two, Finn stared, as if she was an angel greeting him to the gates of heaven. But a sharp shout pierced his left eardrum, and Finn knew he was in no decent distance of heaven. "I'm fine," he reassured her in a more serious tone. Although he knew he was going to have a pounding head and a sore shoulder for days, he genuinely didn't feel as if anything was broken.

the tall brunette nodded at the apprentice in front of her. she did make a point, but then again, lexa wouldn't know who was hurt unless she had seen it. none of them knew. and it wouldn't be as simple as doing a headcount, there were hundreds of trikru families. the only way to find out, inevitably, was to go check out the scene. she watched from beside the commander as the apprentice left outside the tent.

giulie turned to give her commander her full attention. she furrowed her brow at the commander's request, but she kept her mouth shut. where were they going to go? it wasn't like they could go pile up with the azgeda nation. some of the other clans might be a bit more understanding under the coalition, but it still wasn't home. she agreed that they should get everybody out of the camp, though. it might prevent more chaos to happen than what would've. "that i can do, commander." she nodded at the request to inform the rest of the clan. as lexa stood up to leave, giulie did too, and started walking towards the exit. "heda?" she turned, "shouldn't we go check out the scene for ourselves?"

While she initially bristled at being called princess -- who did he think he was, calling her that? -- she brushed it off as she watched him force himself to stand. He was not fine, and while nothing appeared to be broken he could still have a concussion. "Yeah I can tell." She muttered dryly, leveling him with as bored of a stare as she could muster. She knew his face, had remembered seeing him during their earth training classes though she was struggling to remember his name. He had called her princess, so chances were he knew hers and remembered who she was -- everyone did. There was almost a celebrity status that was stuck with being the daughter of the medical advisor and a Chancellor. Everyone knew who she was.

She stuck her hand out anyway, offering it to him in greeting and also as a way to stable himself if he needed it. She smiled at him, noting that he had surprisingly warm brown eyes. Were they warm because he was laughing at the 'princess', or just because that's how they were? She blinked quickly, realized she had been staring, and tried to recover as heat flared behind her cheeks.
"I'm Clarke." she muttered quickly, hoping he would also offer up his name that she couldn't remember. "Think you can make it to the door and take a look outside?"
