~Ren~
Ren woke up with a yawn and rubbed his eyes wearily. Taking a quick glance at his Wartortle clock he noticed he had slept in on a day that was circled in bold red marker on his calender of various pokemon; the day he would get his first pokemon. Ren swung his feet over to the side of his bed then rushed to put on some clothes. Ren raced down stairs and quickly said,
"Hi Mom! Gotta go! Bye!" "No you're not! Eat your breakfast!", his mother replied pulling him back inside before he could race off.
"Are you sure about going out on an adventure?" his mother said worriyngly.
"You can hardly find your way home!" " It's fine mom I'll have Professer Oak's help anyway."After eating several pieces of toast with some jam spread on top, Ren's mom reluctently let him go. He then went running out the door causing several Pidgey to move out of the way.
Soon enough the reckless boy found himself way past his destination. After retracing his steps, Ren found himself in front of a one-story building that looked pretty new; this was where proffeser Oak worked. He knew Oak becuase of his father. His dad was a reshearcher and often worked with Oak on projects. Once he entered, Ren was greeted with a
"Just like always! Late and headstrong!" "Hi, Professer Oak." Ren replied, his cheeks red with embaressment. He walked over to where three pokeballs lay and picked up the one closet to him, then asked
"Are these the ones I'm suposed to choose from?" "Yes and the one your hold is quite the feisty one, Charmander, the fire-type." He looked down at the pokemonball, and remembered the Charmander as the lizard-like pokemon that tried to burn up his father's pants with his tail when they were studying basic pokemon. He smiled then said to Professer Oak
"I'll call him Flare." Proffeser Oak nodded then scribbled down something on a piece of paper then said,
"You might want to familerize yourself with the other people who've gotten their first Pokemon." He swung his head toward where a boy with weirdly colored hair and two girls were standing.
I don't know.
