walked down the halls and looked up thoughtfully. As she did, a group of students walked by. They all had sneers on their faces, accompanied by red horns and a tail. Lissi just shook her head in disgust. If only everyone were halos. She thought, referring to the halos she saw above the heads of good people. Lissi started to concentrate on the floor and slowly walked into an almost empty classroom. Many of the students were "halos". Lissi smiled to herself and sat near the back. She looked up and stared out of a window. Lissi was daydreaming again, an old habit of hers. I wonder if animals have halos. Lissi thought as she stared a distant bird flying. Lissi couldn't see the personality of things that were at a distance away from her, though she wished she could.

Hunter walked into the classroom not bothering to focuse on anyone,he plopped down in his seat.He didn't know why but he had no friends,maybe it was the way he got annoyed quickly,he didn't know nor did he really care,it usaly didn't both him.Hunter sat and waited,playing with his pencil,he chuckled slightly at a thought in his head.

Lucian walked silently,not wishing to go near anyone.Recently starting school again after taking a long break from all the deaths,Lucian was forced to come back.The flashes of people's lives slipping away ofted caused him to zone out briefly,or for hours after a flash.Though,Lucian had never told anyone the reason why he oftened would be caught just staring at someone with unblinking eyes.Snapping hsi head upwards,he entered a mostly empty classroom,but with a few students.Lucian quickly to a seat closest to the door as he could,letting his forehead come down to rest on the smooth surface of the desk.He just hoped no one came to sit by him,but hoping was never enough.

Sylvur jumped and looked up when Lissi walked into the room. She saw a hooded man that reminded her of some pictures of the 'Grim Reaper' leaning over the girl's shoulder. The hooded man was practically on top of her shoulder. Sylvur shuddered and turned her eyes back to a book she was reading.
A boy walked into the room. A devil-tailed demon sat square on the boy's, who she would later know as Lucian, shoulder. A ghost had itself curled around his other arm, the wispy tail of the demon curled twined around it. She imagined the ghost howling sadly, and the demon hissing and breathing heavily. She forced her eyes back into the book, hoping she could distract herself from the others' fears.

Hunter set his jaw at an angle others would find uncomforiable,he focused on a few people but not long enogh.Today was the day that eleven years ago his house burned almost taking him and his family.He murmered a few things and looked around,the classroom was still close to empty,he saw two girls he didn't know along with a boy he didn't know.Hunter thought of the hot flames,the orange light,and his family screaing...a shiver ran over him.

Sylvur saw the fire. It was all over him, and it was intense. It was so real, too. She sighed, and stared at the words on the pages. It was easier to read about fictional characters, as they were made up and had no emotions and, therefore, no fears. Even if they were in black in white on the page, she never saw flames dancing along the spine of the book. So Sylvur preferred 'paper pals' to living things.

Hunter held his head up on his desk as he tried not to slip in a flashback,but it didn't work.He remembered:
I was sleeping when I felt a sizzling ash land on my right arm it left a small burn but right away I knew my room was lit afire.I panicked and ran from my roo,the only room burning at the moment,but I felt the hungery flames lick at my back,I rose my mother and father,then my sister and brother.Right at the door,our only escape,the roof caved in causing us to be trapped when my sister picked me up,I was only three.My brother had kicked and broken a small window the my sister shoved me though then mom then dad then brother we waited and waited but she didn't come out when she did she was holding our little dog.I gasped and hugged her,she picked me up again and we stood a distance back watching the flames swallow up our home.Hunter was about to scream when he brought himself back to reality.Hunter was breathing heavily now a few small beads of sweat tickled his face.
