The Rise of the Jellies (Jelly Bean Club RP) (Open)

((Okay, yay I'll try to keep up while I'm sort of inactive xD))

Winter laid still before slowly dragging herself up, her necklace swayed. Winter jumped down on top of the two jagged rocks that lay down below her cave. She wriggled out of the vines with ease before plopping down onto the ground. Giving a loud yawn she glanced around wondering if anything was stirring nearby. Shaking herself off she started on a brisk walk to explore the rest of the area.

[Toothless.]

Aliea herd a rustleing in the grass in front of her and quickly dashed behind a thistle, hopeing it hadn't seen her. She waited for a few minutes, hearing nothing. She took a deep breath and peered out from behind her hiding place. She could see movement through the grass, but it wasn't coming toward her. Curious, yet wary, she started to walk toward the sound. She sniffed, whatever it was, she didn't recodnise it's scent. She pushed a few blade of grass out of the way, then jumped back at what she saw. Gathering her courage, she pushed the grass aside again, revealing the strangest thing she'd ever seen. It's skin was a marbled blue/green/yellow, and it was about the size of a cat. What struck her was it's shape, it looked like... a bean? She looked closer and noticed that it seemed to be caught in something that looked like a spring triggered net.

Bean trotted through the grass, her tail straight up as meerkats walk. She was very bored, so to pass the time she was hunting for scorpions. She looked around, but no delicious grubs were to be seen. A sigh erupted from her.

Bean froze. Something huge was 40 feet or so away, and by the smell, it was from her part of the world, and hungry. Chances were that it might be tempted to take her on as a snack. She saw a tall baobab tree nearby, and clambered onto a root, then stood up, on two feet, looking like a small dog but posed like a human with it's arms perched in front. She swept her gaze across the tall grass. Nothing... nothing... random purple horse with wings...
"WHAT THE FU-" she almost cursed, but caught herself and shut up. It was obviously one of the oddly designed animals that tried blending in with all the other animals. Don't Bean wrong, she found them friendly, but sometimes hard to look at. She sighed and continued searching for the other animal that came form the savannah.
Nothing... nata... wolf with human-vine-thing... not a single thing. She shrugged, and continued her trek once more, eventually finding a juicy centipede. She carried it with pride for a few steps, then hit something big. Stinking of lion. Bean slowly raised her green eyes, speckled with black around the pupils, and gazed in fear at the massive golden cat.
"Well uh, hey there. What brings you to the Jelly Lands?" she asked, trying to find out whether the lion was friendly or not.

((Thank you for the "insult" Beanie. XD For the record Wyn is a unicorn, she's nae a horse... and she's nae sparkle. XD))

Wyn snorted, catching the scent of lion. She stopped, holding her wings partially spread and swiveling her ears to catch any sound. Lion. Lion's were normally not a problem... but this forest was strange, and Wyn wasn't sure if it was dangerous or not. She could also smell mongoose. Wyn pawed the ground, "Where are you?"

(( Whoops, sorry, just saw her picture... I just read the quick description from Toothless., which just said purple unicorn, so I imagined her a bit more uh... Ow. My eyes. But, as I said, I just saw her ref and she's really quite pretty :3 The purple is more soft and peaceful than I imagined. And Bean didn't see her horn from so far away XD So I'll just delete the little bit about Wyn. Whoops.))

Bean jumped again. She heard a horse whinnying a few feet away, "Where are you?" Horses are much larger and stronger, and if it was friendly it might protect her from the golden beast beside her.
"THANK GOODNESS!! SAVE MEEEEE!!! IM GOING TO BE EATEN!!" she yelled, scampering into the grass towards the sound. She approached a pretty horse-it was purple, but not the eyeblinding crazy rainbow purple seen on some other weird animals in this area. It was softer, and became more gentle as it faded to browns and whites. The weird part was it had wings, and a long sharp straight stick thing coming out of its forehead. The stick was slightly scary, and now she wasn't sure which to be afraid of. The evil horse or hungry lion. Either way it could result in her dying. Then out of nowhere, her trusty side-kick Fudge appeared trampling behind her with his meerkat forepaws and moose backlegs. He was a very odd creature, with a meerkats tail, white three-toed sloth's head, face and body, topped off with moose antlers. He was quite the sight, but Bean's best buddie.

Aquamist paniced at the sight of two small brown eyes peering through the grass at her. She had been taught not to trust, communicate with, or be seen by something that couls be hired by Guy. Yet, here she was, beeing seen, and caught in one of Guy's traps. She franticly, desprately, tried to get loose.

Aliea jumped when she herd voices, One asking where something was, and the other running away from something that he thought was going to eat him. Surrounded by that conversation, was not the best the best place for a Guinea Pig like her to be. But, what about the creture? She didn't know if it was a predateor, or prey animal, but she knew she couldn't just leave it trapped. Acting quickly before she changed her mind, she dashed forward and un-hooked the trap before turning on a dime and running away from the panic striken voice. The owner of the voice seemed to have found help from someone, and wouldn't need her assistence. She, on the other paw, needed to get out of there, fast. Little did she know that she was running toward the object of the voice's fear. She glanced over her shoulder to see if anything was following her, and didn't see something on the ground in front of her. She tripped, rolling for a few feet before coming to a stop faceing the way she had come from. She looked at the object, it was long, and a creamy gold color, with a brownish tuft of fur at the end. She recodnised that type of tail. Lion.

((Lol, when I thought I'd have Aliea "run into" Ruki... I had no idea she'd be literaly "Running into her" ))

(Ruki seems to be getting all sorts of attention xD)

The lioness was about to approach the strange creature within her sights when a force ran into her forleg. The bump brought her out of her state of thought and surpised her enough to make her jump to her feet. She raised her paw in an attempt to keep it from a possible harm. A small rodent-like creature lay at her feet. She was surprised that, one: a small, tasty looking mammal ran straight into a large (well, large compared to any animal shorter then her) lioness, and two: that it had the audacity(sp?) to ask her a question without cowaring in fear first. "Uh-" she was about to answer the question before the pale purple creature came upon them and asked about where someone was. The shear size of the creature was enough to make her think twice about wanting to approach it eariler. The shrew-thing jumped towards the winged creature for shelter. The goldeny mouse-lemming thing screamed bloody-murder about how I would eat her, just after seeming as though there wasn't a care in the world about me. That really got the lioness's fur pinched up with anger.

"As if I would want to eat you anyways. You smell like dirt." she snapped, still angry about the weasle's quicky-shifting personalities.

Then, practically out of nowhere, a- a thing (which was the only way that it could be described) that could not even be described approached the over-sized gerbil. Taken aback by the unfamiliar thing, the tawny lioness practically fell backwards. "Ah!" she let out a quick, small scream as something passed over her tail. She craned her head around swiftly enough to see a cream colored guinea pig roll head-over-heels. Chaos was all around her! What in the world is going on?! she screamed in her head.

(Ruki has a hard time trying to figuer out what Bean is. She's said practically everything except meerkat.
Whoops, made a narrative change in there.)

Aliea's heart rate went up slightly when the lioness looked at her. "H-hello," she said, her nervousness clrealy shown in her voice. Her sides went in and out rapidly, making it look like she was shakeing, a typical trait of a scared guinea pig.

((Serious WB *facepalm*))

[Ruki Ki]

The lioness gazed at the small cream and white colored rodent, somewhat surprised that it too could talk. The poor thing was shaking hard. So hard, in fact, it looked like it would just seize up and have a heart attack rigth then.

"Uh, I'm Ruki." she said. Ruki had not met many animals in her sixteen (human yrs) of life. Truth be told, she had less then three friends, and two of those three were family. It was a hard life being a lion. If ever you wanted to make a friend, you would have to catch them first. But, if she didn't reach them, they would run too far for her. Natrual reaction when a carnivore chases you, I guess. If this little guinea pig stayed long enough, maybe she would be Ruki's friend. A stone lay in her stomache when she thought of how poorly developed her social skills were. She gave an inward sigh.

Wyn swiveled her ears forward, listening curiously in on the conversations. She turned her head back to look at the small meerkat and it's... friend. "You're alright, little one.", said Wyn, shaking her mane. The unicorn stepped stealthily towards the lion's voice, stopping when it came into view. on the other side of a large bush. The said lion was quite small, and what fear Wyn had felt immediately disintegrated. Her attentive ears caught it's name. Ruki Wyn wasn't sure if it knew she was now so close to it, and decided to wait and watch for the time being.
