If State Alchemist, Alias: The Shield Alchemist. She can form an impenetrable shield....but only for like five minutes, she working on making it last longer.

Personality: Juliet is well unpredictable. Most people just think she's stubborn. The truth is most of the time she will think things through but when somebody she cares for is in danger she doesn't care what happens to her. She's just as her Alias says: she the Shield for those in danger.
History (optional): She was little when her mother died so she doesn't exactly remember her. Her father was a military official but was murdered by a homunculie. She remembers hearing the stories of Great Alchemist's of the past and she fell in love with each and every story.
