((I believe we will start now. Remember the rules and try not to flood anyone out. I won't be able to post more than once until later tonight, so we'll just have everyone post their introductions for now before we go on.))

Ariana stared at the kangaroo for a long time, still working on taking in everything she had just been told. Her mind was running at a million miles per hour but not getting anywhere. "You're... a kangaroo with wings..." She finally managed to say, "How can you talk?" Her eyes were wide with shock, none of Cai's words actually registering in her mind.

Caioni sighed and rolled his grey eyes, "I told you, you are not in the same dimension anymore. You passed between the islands in the Bermuda Triangle at exactly 2:45 on a Monday. That's how you got here." He could see that Ariana still wasn't actually listening. With a great breath, he leaped into the air and landed on her shoulder to speak in her ear. "I am your guardian and I'm here to help you. That would be much easier if you would just shut up and listen!"

Ariana sat for a moment longer, staring into space and muttering under her breath before finally nodding and looking sideways at Caioni. "Alright... But, I don't understand, how did I get here? And who are you?" She lifted a shaking hand to point at him.

Trying not to show just how exasperated her truly was, Cai leaped down to stand in front of her. "You passed between the islands in the Bermuda Triangle at 2:45 on a Monday. I'm not completely sure why it happens, but something about Mondays and Wednesdays causes an anomaly to begin to form. At exactly 2:45 PM on those days, an anomaly opens between the islands for a millisecond, just long enough to transport anything on the border at that moment, here." He paused to look at her face. Seeing that something was beginning to register, he went on, "Because so many humans show up here confused and disoriented, guardians are trained and given jobs. We each go through several years of that special training so that we can help the humans. I was assigned to you, my name, as I said before, is Caioni."

"Oh you silly, silly humans!" Izuzu cried, running back and forth along the bedside table, stopping every know and then to rub his paws over the top of his head. Sophie thought he would start pulling out fur soon if he didn't calm down.

"Why can't you figure out the pattern!? Is that to hard?! Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, silly little humans! Now I've got another one to look after!" He cried before he gave a large leap, landing on Sophies' arm and scuttling his way over her shoulder and all but throwing himself into the ends of her hair.

"So let me get this straight, because we passed through a certain area at a certain time we are now within a different dimension, correct?" Sophie gave a nod when she heard the high pitched 'Yes!' in return.

"Well, there's not much we can do about, so why don't we just relax?" Sophie mused as she fell back onto the bed, her hands tucked behind her head, she was trying her best to calm the little Marbled Polecat down before it had a heart attack.

"Relax?! You think we should relax?! No, no, no, no, no! We can't relax! I don't think you're taking this very seriously!" Izuzu cried, running from behind her hair to pearch on her rib cage; as he looked down at her, Izuzu once more begun his worried grooming.

"I think we need to find Caioni, he always explains it better! And he's a herbivore! He wont try and eat me!" Izuzu bemoaned; he wished he would never, ever get caught up in being a guardian again.

Silly humans! Why must they cause me so much stress!' Izuzu thought as he scampered back up Sophie's front as she begun to sit up, throwing her legs over the side of the bed.

"Come now, come now, we must hurry! Find Caioni before the other carnivores have finished informing their charges!" Izuzu cried, three paws perched on Sophie's shoulder, one 'hand' pointing towards the door.

Jack pinched his arm a few more times, trying to bring himself to wake up. The little winged rat in front of him once again pulled his hand away from his arm, shaking her head. "Do you want me to explain it again?" she piped, "Because I will..." She flew around and landed on his stomach, so that he had to sit up a bit to face her. "My name is Harmony, I am one of the gaurdians for humans in this dimension-"

"Yeah yeah yeah, I got that first part," Jack said, running his hand through his hair, "What's this 'dimension' part though? I was just on a cruise ship 10 minutes ago, on my way to Bermuda! Are you sure I'm not dreaming?"

"You aren't dreaming..." Harmony smiled sadly, "You're here in this new place. Some of the other humans from your cruise ship are here as well, I can take them to you if you like..." The rat flew up and settled on Jack's shoulder, taking a liking to this human already.

"Wow," Jack said, "Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Is there any way back to Earth?" he asked, turning his head so that he could face the rat on his shoulder.

"Let's just meet those other humans..." Harmony replied, pointing her tail in the direction they had to go.

Jack sighed, shaking his head as he stood up. He gave Harmony a friendly pat before walking off towards what he hoped were more humans.

Roshon stared at the glint of red scales sitting in the shaft of sunlight, her mind in a state of shock, but her expressions revealing nothing. Out of habit, she ran her fingers through her thick hair, trying to gether her thoughts on what the ruby dragon had just told her.

"You look confused, Roshon. Would you like me to tell you what happend again?" the dragon asked, a forked tongue flickering through pointed teeth. His words were carefully constructed and he was intent on her face, as if trying to analyze what she was feeling.

"N-No," she replied hastily, sucking in a deep breath. "I'm just trying to get my bearings...."

"Ah, well, that's understandable. You are a lot quieter than most of the humans I have been assigned to; most of them start shouting unintelligent things when I inform them of what happened."

Roshon gave a shaky nod in reply, making Felzir's brisk expression soften slightly. "Would you like to meet the others?" he asked her gently, nodding his head in the direction of a hall.

"I think I'll just stay here," she told him, after a slight hesitation.

"Good. They're not a very enlightening bunch anyway," he shrugged, rolling the metallic red of his shoulders.

The Asian woman cracked a small smile. "Actually, does this place have a library?"

"It does, in fact. I will take you there now, if you like."

She nodded and Felzir raised his wings, beating down the air until he was airborne, sailing over to Roshon with leather wings. Pulling up short, he let himself land lightly on her shoulder, tiny claws in his wings hooking onto her clothing to keep him from falling down. "Shall we go?" he asked.

Roshon quickly recovered her shock from the dragon landing on her and managed a tight nod, letting the ruby beast lead her out the door and into the hallway.

"Wake up, human! Wake up!" a squeaky voice called to Damien. Damien blinked his eyes open, his vision was blurry at first. He then noticed a small leopard gecko resting on his chest. "You're awake!" the gecko exclaimed.
"Wh-Whoa!" Damien scrambled to his feet and backed up, hitting a tree. He looked around, where the heck was he? This wasn't the cruise ship! And a talking lizard? He looked down at his chest to see the tiny creature hanging on his chest with its hooked feet. It quickly scrambled up onto his shoulder.
"Hey! You almost threw Pepper off." it whimpered.
"You... You can talk..." Damien stammered.
"Yes, silly human, of course Pepper can talk. He's guardian of Damien."
"Guardian...? What's going on?" Damien demanded, this gecko talked strangely and it wasn't just its voice.
"You are in another dimension human, you passed through the Bermuda Triangle at a certain time. Legends are true." the gecko called Pepper narrowed its eyes. "I was sent to guide you, I am Pepper." The tiny chain on the gecko's tail jingled as he waved his tail. "What is your name?"
"I'm... Damien..." I must be crazy... Damien thought, bringing a hand to his forehead, I'm talking... to a gecko... in another dimension.... I must be dreaming! Damien suddenly whirled around and punched the tree behind him as hard as he possibly could. "OW!" Damien yelled, falling to his knees and holding his wrist. Blood oozed from his knuckles. "I'm not dreaming..." he gasped.
"What the heck did you do that for?!" Pepper exclaimed, "Are you a masochist or something?" the gecko shook his head. "Look, we should find the others."
"There are others?" Damien narrowed his eyes.
"Yes, the others that were on the ship." Pepper explained, "Plus, Pepper is hungry." Damien rolled his eyes.
"Fine, I'll go along with this..." he got to his feet again and began to walk through the unknown territory, in search of the others.

Alice is a normal young lady, around 5'3". Though her body isn’t as curved as she would like, Alice manages to maintain a mild figure, making her appear younger at first glance. Her wavy brown hair extends down to her shoulders with her straights bangs on both sides. Due to poor sight, Alice wears contacts with a hazel tint over her green eyes. She wears a long glove on her right hand that goes up to her elbow because of scars left by her old cat in the past. She had cute the tips of the fingers to allow her fingers to move and so that she could feel what she touches.

Personality:

Alice is usually somewhat anti-social, keeping out of the way of others when she can. She finds it easier to be unnoticed than being the center of attention, people around her talking to her when she barely knew them. She seldom speaks to strangers but often times would get bored or lonely and take her chances. When one gets to know the real Alice, she would open up more to them, sarcastic and laughing. It takes time for her to give her trust to others.

History:

Alice lived her life as a well-known student at school in Elementary through most of Middle school. But the more people she knew, the more she interacted with them; drama would find their way into her life. She hated it, couldn’t take all the stress, and started to make herself distant with all but a few close friends. The old Alice was rare to surface, but it was there somewhere, waiting for just the right moment. Until those times, Alice would just be a passive observer. She remained like this as she grew up.

When Alice found herself in the other dimension, she woke up to a Fox who had addressed herself as Genevieve.

Genevieve is a rather small fox, her body slim and tube-like. Her coat is a natural shade of orange, a white underbelly that extends up her throat and around her muzzle and cheeks. Her front left leg and right back leg have a white ‘sock’ pattern with a black patch on the ends. The tip of her long bushy tail had this same pattern as well: white with black ends. Genevieve’s eyes are the same green hazel as Alice’s. The only unusual coloration she has is her black ears.

Personality:

Genevieve is classy fox, prim and proper. Almost. It is the personality she chooses to maintain at best. At most times she would speak to others politely, but she has things to make her tick. When angered, Genevieve would stand her ground, her backside to the air and her ears folding back over her head. Along with this defensive posture, Genevieve would snap at others. When her episodes end she have a look of confusion, her cheeks and ears feeling red with embarrassment. Genevieve has three personalities, not just the two. When excited or joyous, if it can’t be helped, Genevieve would not be able to hold her joy and laughter from surfacing. It embarrassed her to show such emotions; it wasn’t her character to act in such a manner (to her that is). She doesn’t realize that she’s three foxes in one body.

Other:

She tries to get closer to Alice as best she can, guide her in her stay in this dimension, even if the girl will be stubborn about it.
