Effie staggered as the train stopped. Frowned and regained her composure as she walked off the train. She looked around at the landscape before her. All she could see were farmlands for miles. She pulled a small mirror out of her purse and checked her make up. She was in District 11 to do some research for her friend. She was nervous about becoming an escort. Then she remembered what happened last year. A shiver ran down her spine and she shook her head. Not long before she could return to the Capitol. She took a deep breath and continued down the road.

Cinna finally arrives and exits the train. He looks from left to right trying to see if he can find anyone to help him. Peeta, Gale, Prim, anyone would help at this point. He staggered up to the first person he could find. He was a large Peacekeeper but he seemed friendly. "Do you know where Victory Village is?" He asked

Cato stood firmly in a Peacekeeper uniform. He glared at Cinna with sorry gaze. He frowned when he realized who he was. He was Katniss' stylist. The one that made her remembered. He felt anger course through him. He reminded himself that Katniss saved the districts and gave them hope. If she didn't win his family probably wouldn't be alive. He frowned and pointed towards the tall buildings about 10 blocks down the street.

Cinna smiled great fully and nodded. He began walking towards the looming buildings. Back to Katniss and Peeta.

Lily was working in her District. District 11. Life and work were hundreds of times better than before Katniss saved then but the Hunger Games were still a daunting fact. She looked around wishing work could be done for the day and she could leave, go to someplace she wanted to. Maybe just explore more... That is... Until the reaping. She shivered just thinking about that day. She hated it more than anything.

Drake was wandering around the shore in his own place... District 4. He was thinking about fishing but couldn't bring himself to grab him equipment. He felt freer since Katniss. But not free enough. The Hunger Games still existed. That was enough to sadden anyone. Instead he just sat down and watched the waves. Wishing, just wishing maybe something good could come out of this years reaping.

Effie frowned and pulled out a slip of paper. Her friend had scribbled questions onto the sheet that were barely comprehensible. She walked up to the nearest resident she could find which was Lily. "Do you mind if I could ask you a few questions?" She asked in her strong Capitol accent.

Prim woke in a Capitol hospital. "Katniss?!" She yelled looking around. "Katniss where are you?!" She shouted again. She pulled a heart monitor from her arm. She felt fear grip her heart when she realized where she was from. She hopped up from the bed and ran out of the hospital into the streets. She spun around confused. People gave her different looks. Some were amazement, others, shock, and the last, disgust. She ran to the trains and hopped on. She planned to get off at the first stop. Hopefully someone in the districts can help her. She got off about 20 minutes later. Judging by the mass amount of fish markets she realized she was in District 4. She ran through the streets unsure of where she was going. She found herself stopping at an ocean. She spotted a teenager, Drake, sitting at the waves she ran up to him and tugged on his shirt. "Can you help me?" She asked feeling like she was either going to scream or cry. Her lungs burned inside her chest as she tried to catch her breath. The muscles in her legs ached from running. She just wanted to go home.

Lily looked up hearing her name but not knowing who wanted her. She stood up and looked at the lady immediately knowing she was from the Capitol. What could someone from the Capitol want with her? "Ummm sure." she said not knowing any other way to answer. She was just down right confused.

Drake imediately stood up seeing the young girl. He could tell she needed help an that she had been searching for someone or something for a while. "Ok I'll help! Who or what are you looking for?" he asked trying to be nice. He looked at the girl closely trying to find out where she was from but couldn't and gave that up.

"How many hours do you work on a daily basis?" Effie asked. She stared at the paper trying to make out the handwriting.

"Katniss Everdeen." Prim said nearing bursting into tears.

Lily shrugged she usually didn't keep track. "I dunno. Anywhere from 8 to 10 hours a day so weeky? Um 48 to 60 hours weekly." she said thinking about it more.

Drake was confused. Katniss Everdeen? Here? "Are you sure she's here? Not in your District?" he asked looking around. Why would she be in district 4?
