Rain moved to her room and turned on her radio spinning the volume nob to full. She needed to get away from her own thoughts. she landed on the bed her gaze firmly fixed on the beds canopy. the music was so loud it hurt her own ears but the pain somehow helped, she could stand just lying her but its all she could do right now. She screamed as loud as she could but even she couldn't hear her own voice. "i will kill you, one day" she said the words as a whisper and focused on the music

Cole winced as the blaring music reached him. "So much for staying under the radar. Anyway guessing you two are hungry?" He shoved his hands in his pockets and blocked out the music as much as he could. "i made pancakes and theirs ham and chicken left from last night. and i could put some venison in the oven"

Cody crinkled his nose at the sound of the blaring music- which came to him only as a static-y sound. He noted on the discomfort Cole had toward it, even though he was trying to hide it. Now that Cody thought of it, he was infact hungry. He raised his eyebrow, "Will their be syrup?"

Taylor had turned toward the sound of the basting music- sighing lightly. What was this girls case? Taylor knew that something was always shifty about her- but there seemed no reason why this girl wanted to plot the end of the world. The sound of food made her stomach rumble, "I can cook the vension," She volunteered, grinning, "It seems that you think us girls cannot cook."

Cole smiled and moved towards the front door. "it not that i don't think you girls can cook its just something I'm use to doing" When he opened the door the music was louder that ever. He sighed and closed his eyes. focussing on rain he sent her a message. 'turn it down please' After a few seconds the music died down to a soft murmur. "now then the venison is in the fridge, so you can start there. i'll pack a snack plat for u while we wait"

Alexandria heard his voice in her head as clearly as if he had been speaking into her ear. she had turned the music down enough so it didn't bother them. She felt better but she could just sit still here instincts told her to be on guard, but why she didn't know. she went to the window and gazed out

"Thankya love," Taylor said, maneuvering toward the fridge and pulling out the meat. She moved it from its container then started to put it in a pan. "Girls can cook just fine... But a man of the house can cook... Thats new." Thankfully the music died down

"Whats with her today?" Cody asked, taking a spot on the couch. He looked toward the direction of the music. It wasn't quite unusual- just different how she was just p*ssed toward everyone

Cole started packing a plate full of cheeses and ham and took it over to the table. he grabbed a piece and chewed it thoughtfully. when he finally swallowed the piece he spoke. "it Seems on of the mutt challenged her to a fight. Only reason i knew about it was because i caught her sneaking out. She told me that she was just going to sort out some stuff, but I know her to well that's when I told that she can not go! and that" he pointed to her room "is what happens when I stop her from asserting her dominance over a mutt" his face was expressionless but the worry made it to hi eyes

Rain scanned the woods for any movement but it was all still. She sighed and spoke softly "oky tantrum mode is over." she pulled her shoulders back and held her head high as she went to join the others

Taylor slid the pan into the oven before turning to him, hands on her hips. "Hey, calm down a bit, kay? Its Rain... Its not like this is new or anything." She sighed, her voice in a lighter tone- this was when she knew not to joke. She reached over and nudged Cody on the arm as he stole a couple of cheeses- rolling her eyes.

Cody turned to Cole, "Sooo... Lemme get this strait. A Mutt came around, decided to pick a fight with Little Miss B*tch over there, then chaos broke out when you stopped her? You, my friend, are one helluva risk-taker. She could have clawed your face off..."

"no only special mutts get their faces clawed off" rain took a seat in the far corner and gave a mocking smile. "want me to demonstrate?" she stretched toward the plat and snatched a piece of ham "enough Rain" he said the word without as much as I sigh of irritability, but Rain knew he was serious. "still fighting everyone battles it seems, huh Cole" she snapped back at him before enjoy the piece of meat.

Cole answered Cody as if Rain hadn't even spoken. "rains instincts run deeper that most of us. and a Wolf being challenged would usually kill the challenger or run away. And Rain is't the running away type." he didn't even look her way as he spoke. "and as for me being risk-taker. It's all part of the Job description." he smiled and turned towards Taylor "hows that venison coming along?"

Taylor held a glare to Rain, "Fight? Im not afraid, you're just to much of a b*tch to let something go." She sighed, glancing at the oven to see the Vension becoming a darker color- letting her know it was cooking. "Its getting their." She muttered. "Ey!" Cody shouted to her, "Stop with the fighting!" She simply ignored him though, and went to the oven

Cody rolled his eyes, glancing to Cole. "Pft... Women." He sighed, crossing his arms and resting his head back in the couch. Cole always tried to fix everything, and for the better. Just not everyone saw it in a good view

"Maybe i should just lock you to up and see if you'll play nice then" Cole got up and stared at both females. he looked calm as he stood there giving each a glare. "i am not in thee mood for your rivalry. get over it or i will help yo get over it" he took some ham and gave them one more look.

"fine!" Rain snorted at him. the image of him trying to cage her almost made her laugh. but she knew that the last treat was a real one. Cole was one of the best fighters she knew, even if he looked placid. he was the definition of all bite but no bark. she made herself comfortable on the couch and watched the fire's shadows dance against the wall

Taylor cleared her throat, then opened the oven- making sure to grab the mitt's. She pulled out the pan of vension and set it on the counter. "Cole, not funny." She threw the mitt to the counter, "Just be happy you're Alpha... And probably like a million times stronger then me."

Cody glanced over to Rain, crossing his legs and watching her. "So... Come here often?" He asked, trying to lighten the mood and hatred in some way. He ran an uncomfortable hand through his hair- unsure of how else to reduce all of the tension and stress
