America looked at England "H-hey that's not true! T-thats not fair!"He said crossing his arms "My plans are not preposterous! We could do it if you all payed attention to what I was saying!"He said crossing his arms in protest as he sighed and looked down "You people just don't wanna listen to me..."He grumbled before looking at france "So go back to making us hot chick stautes and we'll be fine."He said with a nod.

Canada looked at him shocked 'H-he actually saw me! H-He p-payed attention!'He thought as he looked at England and flustered suddenly looked around before smiling "U-uhmm y-you guys heading to the meeting? C-can I join you..."He asked quietly with a smile.

Italy frowned and crossed his arms "Don't be mean to Germany! He is nice and he is my friend!"He frowned at Romano "Your just jealous because he's not your friend!"He said with a frown. "Germany!" He called with a small whimper as he sighed.

Appearance: Hari is of average weight, though is a little bit on the shorter side in height. She has dark blond hair that cascades just a little past her shoulders, ending in a lighter colour near the tips. She has light green eyes, and freckles covering her nose and cheeks. Her usual outfit consists of a white button-up dress shirt, a brown sweater, khaki pants, and and some boyish converse.
Personality: She has the personality of an ox; stubborn, aggressive, and proud. Due to this, she can actually be a bit snobbish and rude. She likes to have her opinion in first, and often refuses to do anything other than what she thinks is correct. There are times, however, when she can be a little bit more logical.

Elizabeta gave quite the exasperated sigh, setting down the novel she'd graced herself with reading. It was no longer interesting, in her eyes, so she might as well just set it to the side. She rather stood up, heading into the kitchen to make a light snack. Perhaps a pastry, since something sweet did sound rather appetizing. She pulled out the proper ingredients before setting to work.

Tino soon shut the door behind him, giving a light shiver. "My, it's cold out! It's nearly summer- you'd think it'd be at least decent!" He took off his coat, setting it on the rack around the corner. He quickly flipped the fire place on and slipped out of his shoes, before settling himself down on the couch. It was always so cold down here, though it did get particularly beautiful and pleasant during late summer and fall.

"It is true. I have paid attention to you. And you want to do is create some hero to protect the Earth from global warming! We are heading to the meeting, you're more than welcome to join us." England smiled a bit and added "I rather talk with you, Canada, than these idiots America and France."

Germany walked into the room, followed by his annoyance of a brother Prussia. He had been going on an on about events that happened when he was young, in other words telling West that he had been awesome since pretty much forever. "Bruder can't you be quiet for a few minutes..." He asked with a sigh.

"No can do, i'm still busy telling you about the time i kicked Austria's fancy butt!! Ksesesese~" Prussia replied to his brother before looking around the room, just to make sure Hungary wasn't around to hit him.

And that's the best part!"He siad with a smile "It would stop global warming once and for all!"He said with a smile before looking at France "I'm not mean or cocky!"He whined "I just have good idea's and no one seems to care! If you guys went with me so I could be the hero everything would be fine!"He cried.

Canada smiled and walked next to England "T-thank you..."He said in his normal nervous and quiet voice "To tell you the truth I-i don't really like America... He's always getting in trouble and I get blammed for it..."He siad with a sigh "I'd never say that to his face... But still i wished he'd stop showing off..."

Italy looked at him "F-fine your just being mean!"He whined before running off as he kept his frantic cries of "Germany! Germany!"He cried running towards the man.

"The best part?" England sighed "Listen, that's great and all, AMerica, but excuse me while I talk with your brother." England turned back to Canada "Ehh...I can't say I hate America, I did raise him, after all. I have to agree with you on the stop showing off part, though. I try to keep him under control. Oh look, we're at the meeting room." England opened the doors for everyone.

France disappeared, off to molest some other nation.

Romano rolled his eyes. "My helpless fratello. Oy, where's Spain?"

Prussia grinned, seeing site of the pasta lover. "Look at that West, he's missed you!" He said before laughing, "I actually think i could take a break from telling you about the awesomeness that is me. I'll tell you more later on!" he smirked at his younger brother before making his way over to Romano. "Hey tomato lover, where's Spain today? I'm bored now and i wanna hang out with someone of interest!"

"Oh thanks bruder... That's so kind of you." Germany let out another sigh, he never would get any peace and quiet with these two around. "Hello Italia." He said with an small frown, "What is it now?" he asked him.

Elizabeta, in the midst of being just about ready to place the cookie dough in the oven, heard her phone release a beep. She quickly whipped it from her pocket, curious as to what it might say.
Meeting Today
Oh, shoot! She'd completely forgotten about today's World Meeting! Oh, for Pete's sake. She placed the tray on the counter before rushing over to her door. She quickly jammed her shoes onto her feet before slamming open the door. She'd definitely be late, at this rate!
As Elizabeta locked the door behind her, she slipped into her car, turning the keys in the ignition. She backed out of her driveway- perhaps a little quicker than needed- before heading along down the road. Luckily, it happened to be nearby, so it hopefully wouldn't take her too long.

Tino soon had a blanket over his shoulders with his feet to his chest and a mug of hot cocoa. He only liked cold weather since he could get all snuggled up next to a warm fire. There really wasn't a better feeling in the entire world, in his mind. He released a long sigh, and soon began to nod off. It'd been a long day already for him.

Hari burst into the room, giving a glance around at the small collection of nations. Now, she really wasn't anything major herself, but that didn't mean she couldn't pitch in her own opinions at this meeting. She plopped down in one of the seats and kicked back, propping her legs on the table. Just as well, who said she needed to behave like a lady and have manners?

"F-fine! I-I don't need you, I don't need any of you! I'll create my globalwarming superhero and none of you can get in my way or stop me!"He said with a small pout as he stormed into the room violently shoving his brother out of the way as he took his place at the table with a sigh.

Canada stopped hearing what he was had said how could he had his brother? "Y-yeah I take back what I said... He is my brother... I dislike him..."He said with a sigh as he rubbed the back of his neck "O-oh! T-thank you."He said with a nod as he walked into the conference room with a small smile. Canada winced as he was sent hurdling to the ground. He winced as held his bloody nose as his face had smacked the ground. He winced and looked down at his hand then at his brother narrowing his eyes.

Italy looked up at Germany and whimpered "R-Romano said he hated y-you!"He whimpered "H-he said you where a s-stupid potato eater and to go away."He whimpered looking at Germany.

Russia, more formally known as the Russian Federation or Ivan Bragninski, was taking his great old time going to the meeting. It didn't matter at all if he was that late.. Except.. As he pushed open the door, a familiar nation caught his eye. "Ah, Hari. What a pleasant surprise this is!" He gave a eerie grin at her, walking towards the empty seat beside her. "Ah, you will join Mother Russia, da?"
