Prussia let his eyes fall upon the bloodied patch of grass, a lack of Peru present. It struck him hard, but he continued to move, jaw tightening slightly. "He's gone." Probably not dead either... Crap... Well, now he felt exceptionally idiotic. He probably shouldve killed him off when the chance had risen. He still felt odd at having showed mercy.

Romano took a seat in the waiting room, stuffing his hands into his pockets. It wouldve been a hell of a lot nicer to have gotten a true story of what had happened to cause such injuries, but he had learned his lesson back in the colonial days. Never ask about anything Peru did. He would speak up if you needed to know, and if you found out, it was probably more than you could handle. Signing, he leaned back. All he knew was that it had something to do with Berlin. And that they were sort of together now. That detail still disturbed him slightly.

Hungary gave a nod, but Germany just continued forward, though his face paled slightly. Hungary gave a small sigh, shaking her head. "All we can hope is that the police picked him up and not someone else who will treat his wounds. We can't have him healing up." She shook her head some more before hurrying after Germany. There was a huge blood spot on the ground where Peru had be lying, and it freaked her out.

Peru finally awoke, feeling so sore. He had never been like this before, and it was worse than he had expected. He gave a small groan, trying to adjust his eyes to the light. He had two IVs in him and he was hooked up to a heart rate monitor. He blinked a few times before looking down. His entire torso was in bandages. Yikes.

Prussia gave a tiny, involuntary shiver before continuing onward, sighing under his breath. "S-So..." The silence was a bit too much to bear on top of his guilt, so he struck up a conversation to the best of his abilities. "Liz, how's your ankle doing? Or whatever it was you hurt." Berlin was asleep, Germany looked pissed... So, he hung out a but further back with Hungary for the time being.

Romano headed down the hall, eventually coming across Peru's room. He knocked before opening the door, arms crossed over his chest as he took a seat in one of the chairs. "Hey, &@$!@%#. They're gonna ask what happened to you. If it's something bad, you'd better get up and leave." A pause. "What DID happen, anyway?" B-But he wasn't curious or anything. Of course not.

((Should Costa Rica follow the German group or stay behind? If she does stay behind I can have Spain bump into her (since it already looks like Spain wasn't with Romano). If she follows I'll just have Spain join in at a later date. Which shall I do?))

(((If you want to start RPing Spain now, then it might be best to have him bump into Costa Rica. If you want to wait on it, then you can just let her follow the group. I believe letting her folow them would be the best, but that's just my opinion.)))

Hungary made a so-so motion with her hand. "It's getting better, but it still hurts like hell. I don't like walking on it. I just want to get to the hospital so we can get Berlin some treatment and so I can rest." She winced slightly as she accidentaly put weight on her ankle. "Ouch..."

Peru gave a tiny laugh at Romano's question. He turned his head to look at him, an awful, twisted smile on his face. "I tried to kill Berlin." He simply said. Tears were pooling up in his eyes and some of them eventually began to fall. "But I failed."

((Yes, I second Iggy's notion. Or go for the middle ground and have Spain bump into Costa Rica when she is following.))

Prussia grunted, gazing up ahead at the hospital that was now appearing before them. Still a little down about this entire situation happening, he reached out to take Hungary's hand, though soon realized this would be quite difficult Roth her on crutches, so he stuffed it back into his pocket. "I still can't believe we made it in time..."

Romano exaled, grunting in response. He had expected something along those lines. "So you tried killing Strauss, eh? Did you want to, or was it an episode again?" Likely a bipolar episode, but he felt complied to ask. "They'll arrest you, if they find out. So what're you gonna do about it, Latino-&@$!@%#?"

((Hm. I agree with you both. Costa Rica will then (belatedly) be following the German group, and I'll find a way to bring Spain into this later (when I'm more confident about roleplaying him too. I'm still as unconfident as heck. XD ). I could bring him in while she's following but that'd be very awkward, I would think. ))
Costa Rica paused for a moment, thinking about whether she should follow the group or not. She looked around, seeing that she was now alone in the airport, and so hurriedly followed after them. It didn't take too long to catch up with them, at a bloodied patch of ground. This must have been where Berlin's attacker had been, but apparently he had somehow gotten away. She stood back slightly from the others, thinking it best not to get too involved. It was their family member, after all.

Hungary gave a nod. "We did rush here as fast as we could." She then looked over her shoulder, seeing Costa Rica. Not knowing the nation all too well, she gave her a kind smile. "Hello. May I ask who you are?" She asked rather politely, falling into step with the other nation while on her crutches. She didn't quite recall ever seeing this nation before... Then again, that happened quite a few times with other nations that she had seen before.

Peru gave a sigh. "It was a mix between my bipolar phase and just me feeling the need to try to keep her close to me. I didn't know what to do, so it just sort of happened." He gave another laugh, beginning to feel pain in the areas where he had been shot. "Let them arrest me. I've done too many things wrong from that. I shouldn't of taken her to the pond..."

Costa Rica saw the other female nation fall into step with her. "I'm Costa Rica. I really don't get out all that much, but a good deal of nations seem to recognize me before I can tell who they are. Tourism, I guess." She frowned. "Then again, people usually don't think that I'd be white, so..." She drifted off for a second, fingering her torn sleeve. "Um, who are you? I don't think I've really met you before."

Prussia gazed back at Costa Rics briefly, though soon continued to walk. He wasn't really too interested in meeting other nations at the moment. The hospital was soon upon them anyway, so he hurried on inside and groaned slightly. Hospital. Again. Ugh, these things were living hell...

Romano couldn't help but scoot off his chair, a bit perplexed. "So you're just gonna give in? You're a country, you can't let those @$$es take you to jail!" He sighed. "So the thing with Potato didn't work. Get over it and move on. She's alive, right? So what's the big deal?" He clearly was missing Peru's basis.
