{I'll just create a female as well.}

Autumn's Haru

    Haru -
    Age - 19, close to 20
    Gender - Female
    Status - Alive, although she has a large cut on her arm.
    Weapons - Pocket knife.
    Strengths - Lean and fit, making her a fast runner and her dog, Bruno.
    Weaknesses - She's a bit aggresive...She will easily put herself into trouble, as well as a fight.

    Appearance - Haru is a fit, lean tenty year old with a strong but nice build. She is fairly short, although her legs are long for her protion, and has long ginger/brown hair that goes down to the bottom of her spine. She has choppy bags that hide her face and bright copper eyes with flecks of hazel. Her eyes are round and wide, much like an innocent child's. Haru wears an aggresive, 'I'll rearange your face' kind of look that seems to scare off most everyone she meets, even if she has a pretty face. She has a soft side for lolita and anything pink, even if she seems tom-boy. {Wip, I'll add later}
    Personality - Haru is an aggresive but bubbly girl who easily runs into trouble. She is cunning, swift, and light on her feet. If you anger her, she won't be afraid to speak her mind and add a few bruises to your face as a reminder of her strong-willed authority. She likes to be the 'leader' of the group, and refuses to listen to others who believe they are better or stronger then her. Her pretty face and innocent eyes can devieve.

    History - Not much to tell. At least, nothing she will tell. She wasn't that young when the world was taken over by the 'Devils' but she pretends it's fuzzy. Her parents left her, fleeing for a safe zone. From there on she fended for herself, growing up as a strong tom-boy. Her only companion is her dog, Bruno. {wip}

Dusk - East

"A dog?" Dusk's thoughts echoed, making their way out of his mind and stumbled out into the world so bright. East looked up at Dusk confused. For it had been a long, long while since the Australian Shepherd had seen one of his own kind, most dying off, or eaten by the Zombified humanity. Now interested, Dusk kneeled down, holding out a hand to the dog, his eyes kind, though his position showed his carefulness. One wrong move could tick off a dog, he knew that. East watched as his human carefully holded out his hand to the dog, as if showing just by stance he was no harm. Though East himself would never have attacked Dusk in that position, even if he didn't know him, the dog was still stiff and ready for attack at any sudden movement.

Dusk's own blue eyes glowed with excitement. For this was his area of expertees. Animals. Though he was intelligent, and his areas of knowledge was broad, he was deeply intrigued by animal behavior patterns, animal agression, and the evolution of animals, plus anything related. His natural bond with animals is probably what kept him from abandoning East, even though mantaining an extra being was extra work, and before the group he pretty much didn't have any supplies. Trust was human weakness.

And from years of research, Dusk knew that it was also a dog's.-

{Switching Zane out with Haru~}

Bruno gently nosed the palm of the stranger's hand, his growl never ceasing. His tail tip twitched faintly, expressing his surprise to see another living thing. Since puppy-hood, he had not seen many things that could breath, only the birds and the bugs. He knew of the walking monsters, but he knew very well those won't humans. They were enei\mies, and that's how he was trained to think. His ears cocked forward, and he slowly averted eyes, panting heavily.
"Don't touch my dog." Haru headed up the slope, a dagger clutched very tightly in one hand. The smooth sides had cut into her hand and had begun to bleed, but she ignored it without a glance as she walked towards them, glaring at the man darkly. "Don't touch him," she repeated very calmly, snapping her fingers. Bruno lifted his muzzle and lopped to her side, sitting down and licking dirt from his hind leg. She starred at the stranger in silence, holding the same dark glare.

Dusk - East

With a quick movement, and flicker of agitation and anger mixed with the protective instinct every dog had for its owner, East jumped in front of Dusk. Though the boy semed surprised at first, and easy smile slipped onto his face, and he stroked the dog's head to calm him down. "Now,now, East, you know its not nice to growl at a girl." The easiness that took prescence in his voice was only encouraged by the fact that the girl was a few yards away, and only armed, apparently, with a knife. Looking up though, Dusk's blue eyes only reflected the same agitation that East's contained. "You're injured. Not by a zombie bite, I'm hoping." assumed the black-haired male, though in the lighting, you could easily confuse his hair color with a dark blue.

Besides Dusk's attempts at reassuring East, the Australian Shepherd was still uneasy, and his muscles were tense. His complete posture showed he was ready for attack, and he was not to be underestimated. A snarl still found its way out of his maw, directed at the girl's dog. Though his owner had easily trusted the furry animal, East didn't. Not even his own kind would be trusted. That was something of a lesson that both Dusk and East had learned.-

Haru lifted her head, her long, spice colored hair falling at her shoulder and sifting in the calm breeze. Blood had begun to drip down her wrist, and she narrowed her eyes. There was no bridled joy for the discvoery of the boy. Only hatred, and anger. "No concern to you." She brushed a peice of hair from her face and pushed Bruno's muzzle away as he began to lick away the blood. For many moments, Haru only starred at the boy, an uneasy feeling creeping into her chest. Maybe it was best I didn't send Bruno up here, she kept a steady glare on him. "Who are you?" She demanded in a quiet voice, "And what are you doing here?" It was only instinct for her to ask these questions, even if they were answered with little evidence.
I was told this town was empty. Why...why would they lie? Tears bubbled up from the corners of her eyes before she could stop them.

Rick straightened up as he heard someone approach. As the man spoke, he rubbed a hand across his jaw, eyes locked on the man. His other hand rested just above his holster, out of habit. "There's a fair few of us, but I-- I'm not sure exactly how many." Rick scolded himself mentally; what kind of police officer doesn't even count the number of people he's with? Usually he'd have all their names memorised, know how to appeal to their judgement and have a mental map of their personality and how he expected them to react. Not now though. Now, they were just unfamiliar faces, each wearing the same weary mask of an expression-- too tired of repeating the actions to look scared. Nerves fried, legs numb, heads filled with dark thoughts that were avoided.

At least, Rick hoped he wasn't the only one feeling like that. Maybe it was just he'd been through more. No, just a quick glance around confirmed that these people all felt the same. Roughly.
"I can do basic first aid; I'm-- I was a cop. Minor injuries, maybe helping clean out gunshot wounds is my limit, y'know? I'll try to be as helpful as possible, though." Rick tried to look reassuring, but maybe so long without doing his usual cop-rounds meant that it may not have been as convincing. With a sigh, Rick kicked out half-heartedly at a bar stool.
"Sucks, y'know? Kids being caught up in all this. I want to do more, but in the end, what good's one cop?" He laughed darkly, running a hand through his hair, "I'm just a man. A man in a uniform that people try to latch onto. Fat lot of good it does, though. Those things, the... the zombies, I guess, they don't react. Wear the uniform, wear a dress, hell, wear a mankiki, they'll just come at you." He broke off, frustrated that he'd let so much out. "Hey, I'm sorry man. Just stressed, y'know? What can I do to help?" Rick followed as the man went to the boards, his words sounding pained. Like a man who's dealt with too much over too short a length of time.
Which he had.

Dusk - East

East looked up at Dusk, a bit confused at the occurences. Why was the girl crying? Dusk shrugged, like the dog had actually asked him, and he had no answer. Which he didn't. "Well, if you won't answer my questions, why should I answer yours?" said Dusk simply, not really about to open up to a strange, wounded girl with a dog that had started crying before they had become aquaintanced not merely three minutes ago. Well, at least Dusk becoming aquaintanced with the dog. He still had no idea who this girl was. Maybe it was better not to know.

East was still glaring at the other dog, meeting it's eyes, clearly stating a message. 'If you and your master want to harm us, then you will have to go through me.' With another snarl escaping his lips before he knew it. Sometimes, East seemed more human than Dusk. That had saved both their lives, the day the castle burnt down, and Shiro was lost. But it could also mean their doom.-

( WB sorry ^^" )

Haru whipped her eyes, clenching her bloodied fist. “Don’t treat me like I’m stupid,” she snapped, turning her head away with a glare. “I was told this town was deserted. So what are you doing here?” For a moment, she only glared at him, fighting off her shock and anger with a few huffs. “Whatever.” She crossed her arms. “I’m Haru. Just a traveler. Not that it concerns you.”
Bruno gazed at the dog in curiosity, sitting pressed against Haru with a soft pant. This dog intrigued him merely because of its presence. He hadn’t seen many like him before. It was a hazy memory that rested in the bottom of his mind. He slowly lifted his muzzle, taking in the scent of the new strangers, and narrowed his gaze with a low snort, as if to say, 'If anyones not to be trusted, it's you.'
By now Haru’s hand was coated with scarlet and shacking, partly from frustration and pain. She stood with a direct gaze, trembling faintly in the dim sunlight that spilled over the four "...I'm tired," she began in a misrable, almost light child's voice, "and hungry. I just wanted something good to come true...for once. But now I have to deal with the living. As if the dead isn't enough trouble."

((Sorry it took so long! And sorry about shortness; I didn't know how much else I could put about them just being there. XD))

~Aaron~

Aaron wandered around the bar aimlessly, unsure of what to do besides get acquainted with one of his new found 'allies', which he wasn't sure he was up for. He scanned the room, filled with people who, just like him, fought against the zombies. Finally, he just took a seat at the bar, got a himself a mug of beer, which, coincidentally he had never drank since he was only 16, but under the circumstances, he figured he wasn't going to get arrested for under age drinking.

~Ashia~

Unlike Aaron, Ashia was quite eager to meet her new allies. She now had a group of people that, to some degree, she could trust. It was just so nice to be around people for a change! She didn't have to worry that a Zombie had sneaked in, and everyone here was, in a way, on her side. They where all fighting this war together. And she felt safer too; yes, they where still Zombies everywhere but, strength in numbers, right?
