Xaria smiled, lying back down. "Alright then... Good night," she said quietly, looking at the luminous numbers on her clock. "Again..."

Markus laid down and closed his eyes

Xaria turned to her side, facing him. She couldn't sleep that night so resigned to making sure he slept well. She didn't know why she cared so much. Perhaps it was pity. Or maybe she already thought of him as a friend or a companion.

Markus slowly fell asleep, he fully trusted Xaria and had no clue why, his trust in people had been shattered along time ago but he'd regained it in Xaria...

Xaria smiled as his breath evened out. She sighed, lying next to him on her large bed. She looked up at her white ceiling in the almost darkness.

'L turned and nodded. "Thank you..Again" He said walking into the kitchen, he opened the fridge to find a cake, he took a slice and climbed up onto the kitchen worktop, crouching and eating it.

Markus slept soundly again, curled in a tight ball for warmth and comfort.

She stepped lightly into the kitchen. "If you want to shower, the bathroom is at the end of the hallway off the living room."She said, watching him.
