Malcolm ripped the keys from June's hands, shoving them into the key thing and flying down the road. "Where do you live?" He asked, gripping the wheel, having not driven in ages.

June looked out the window, tapping her foot. She absent mindedly responded, "I live on the road." Not knowing that this was a bad thing for the demon.

Malcolm's hands left the wheel for a second, the car swerving, before he steadied it again. "WHAT?" He said loudly, anger engraved in his word. "Seriously? You're some kind of nomad?" He seethed, hope fading out in his heart. "I can't believe..my..ugh." He bit his lip, desperation and hope dwindling and rising. He didn't like it. "Nomads are like hunters, and if you knew what the hell that is, you'd turn up your nose at the word as well." He let out a laugh. "And no, it's not hunting your deer and such, the hunt they go for is me."

June grabbed the seat when he swearved, looking over at him like he was a madman. Her expression quickly changed to fear and embarrassment. Then just fear. Is he catching on? "Ah... yeah, I'm a hunter. Nomadic hunter." She waited a few seconds before quickly clarfying. "Animal hunter. Animal. And I have a friend a few hours from here, but you wouldn't like him."

"I sincerely do not care, anyone will do. Where does this friend of your live?" Malcolm asked, taking a quick glance to the human in the passenger seat.

June looked over at him. "No, I mean, he will try and kill you.Super religious nut, you know? Probably tell the whole town 'I've caught a demon!' Or somethin'" She hopes he picks up on the subtle he's a hunter.

Oblivious, he just thought the girl was talking about a crazy person. "Oh, it's okay. I'll make up some excuse, he'll never know, promise. White-eyed demons are more powerful and can resist stuff, like uh, holy water, some devil's traps, etc. I'll be fine, now, where does he live?" The demon asked again.

June was starting to get aggravated, just trying to tell him at this point. "Nah. He'll do a bunch of tests. Drink holy water, slice your hand with a silver knife- he's super crazy." She tapped her foot again, looking out the window.

Malcolm held the wheel tighter. "I'll be fine." He grumbled, listening to the silver knife thing. How could this oblivious girl know about what silver knives did? "Tell me where he lives." Mal demanded, remembering the angel blade in his pocket. "If he notices I'm a demon I'll attack him. Not kill, don't you worry. I'd threaten him, maybe."

June tapped her finger in thought. "Can't we just stay at a motel? It'll be... safer." She looked around. He would reveal her almost instantly. She looks over at the demon, suggesting an idea. "Salt everything, you know? Demon proof."
