John looked to the door, and his grip tightened around his knife. He walked closer to the door and put his hand against it lightly. He looked back to James before he slightly pushed it to get a better look inside.

I follow their gaze to the half open door, truth be told a lot bit freaked but determind not to show it. I take a couple hesitant steps across the blood stained ground, ending at the door. Peeking inside, I see something shaking on the ground but can't quiet tell what it is. 'Just breathe..." I tell myself in my head, closeing my eyes for a breaf second to brace myself for what lies ahead. When I reopen, I glance back at into the room before turning back to the hall. My eyes light up with fear and surprise when I see an infected silently makeing its way towards us. Within a split second, my hand is releasing a deathly blow, my knife flying through the air and landing straight into the zombies temple with an aubible "thwak!"

Adam quickly found a spoon and put it in the can, handing it over to Allys eager hands. "Here you go." He walked over to the pantry and grabbed another can.

Gregory sighed, "Well... we should make a plan." He saw an infected sneeking up behind Lorena, he quickly swung the crowbar and the infected fell to the ground, he looked up to Lorena, "Are you ready to run?" He knew if they spent anymore time by the truck they wouldnt make it to the house in one piece.

James was slightly impressed at Fabians throwing skills, "Good shot." He said as he made his way into the room, "We should search this apartment." He looked around and began to walk towards the hallway in the apartment.

Andrew nodded. "I would like some to please." He said kindly.
Marie held a can of pineapples in her hand. She now stood beside Ally. She struggled opening the can but finally succeeding and smiled drinking the juice.

John looked back at Fabian, then forward through the doorway and into the room. Slowly, he backed away and then headed down the hall, checking the doors and listening for any signs of the infected.

Adam popped the top off of the can an put a spoon in it handing it to Andrew, "Here you go bro," He looked at Maria and smiled, "Looks like you've already found yours." He walked over to the pantry and grabbed another can, they were his favorite kind so his dad made sure they were stocked, he popped the top off, "Bon apitite!" He said as he grabbed a spoon, from the drawer.

As James walked down the hallway he herd scratching and clawing at one of the doors, "Hey guys," He called out.

John walked up behind James and listened to the scratching. "open the door on three?" He suggested.

Ally viciously dug into the can's contents. For canned food it was really good! She noticed Maria standing next to her and smiled, her cheeks puffed out with food. This wouldn't be so bad after all. They had company, good, shelter, and as long as try weren't to noisy, nothing would notice them.

Lorena turned sharply as the infected went down. "Thanks." She was a little stunned. "Yeah...lets get out of here." She took off after Gregory in the direction of the building. Hopefully nothing would follow their noise in.

James nodded, "Ok...1.. 2...3" he opened the door quickly, oh no, there was infected dog! It growled and lunged forward at James, acting out of instinct he kicked the dog sending it back into the room. The dog whined then got back up on its feet and stared at the wall for a second, James grabbed the door knob and slammed the door shut befor it could charge again.

Adam was so hungry that before he knew it he had finished his can, he stood there for a moment stareing at the ground.

Gregory didnt stop untill he reached the house, he tried opening the front door but it wouldnt budge, "Its... locked.." He was breathing heavily from the run, he put his hands on his knees and rested for a quick minute catching his breath.

John's eyes widened behind the sunglasses. He then sighed and shook his head. "Animals can get infected too?... That's just great..." His voice was covered in a coat of sarcasm as he looked at the door.
