Bastet gave a small laugh. "These are beautiful creatures, aren't they. So gentle yet so deadly," she said admiaring her pets. "If they bother I can put them away."

Hermas jumped from her spot on the window sill. Arrow whipped around snarling, her fur bristling. Hermas turned, "Khalid?" she muttered, rubbing her eyes, "Brother why do you scare me like that?" she scolded him. Harmas reached her hand down to Arrow, "shhsh girl." she told the female leopard, stroking her gently.

Kanika blushed softly, "Well, I must get going." She left with out giving a chance for him to say good-bye. She got to the kitchen and got Bastet's dinner and brought it to her.

cleo said "no its ok" as she went through her sisters clothing "aha here it is, the servants must of mixed them up" she walked over to her sister " why are you alone locked up in your room?"

Kanika walked into the room smiling at the snake's, they always reminded her of herself. She set her dinner on a beautiful piece of wood and set it on her lap.

Bastet dimissed Kanika with a wave of her hand. "I am not alone. I have my loves with me. They keep me company," Bastet said motioning to all the snakes. She hasn't left her room that much since they got here. She never felt a reason to. She wouold usually get lost.

"well im going to fix my own dinner good-night" she said kissing her sister on the cheek and leaving toward the dining room

Hermas set her hand on her hip, as she raised an eyebrow at Khalid. "well?" she asked again, setting her other hand a top of Arrow, who was now giving off a noise in between both a soft delicate purr, and a quiet growl.

Khalid let out a laugh and took a few steps back, allowing Azhou to surge forward and snarl at Arrow should she try to attack. "Because it amuses me sister." he replied, still laughing as he crouched down to stroke the still growling Azhou's fur. "Calm down boy..." he murmured, stroking the lion 'til he calmed down.

Rajid shrugged and walked towards the servant's quarters.
