Redmoon Clan (Memebers needed!)

Evolia twitched her ears, angling them slightly behind her and catching the few whisper's of Ruth's talking. She held back a smile, wondering if she would tell them later about it. Hopefully it didn't come to trading family histories or anything of the like.
Her paws slid on something squishy, and Evolia stopped to bark over her shoulder. "Careful over here! Its a bit marshy!"
She pulled her paw out of a sucking gap of mud as she did, now walking hesitaintly out onto a wide open space were no trees covered them. She pawed each step gingerly to test if the ground would hold.
"The rest of the forest is just across here, might want to hurry!" She added, then continued her pace.

Ruth leaped onto a rotting log and padded across it, across the clearing. She looked skeptically at the mud, and licked her claws clean while she waited for the others.

Evolia flashed Ruth an anoyed look as she stomped on a few rocks to reach the other side. She scraped the mud off her paws by rubbing them on the ground. She waited for her brother.
"You might not want to lick them," She shot to Ruth, eyeing the she-wolf's paws "It could be poisonous."

Ruth looked at her claws, then shrugged. "Guess I'm a goner then." she said, then smiled and climbed off the log. She didn't really mind the mud, but something about it in between her toes was nasty.

Rolling her eyes at Ruth, Evolia said with the air of a mother begging patience, "Really, you can't just joke on something like that, not even in uncharted territory!" But she shook her head in small admiration for the she-wolf's humor, "If that's mud poisoness, then we'll have to tip you over in the swamp or just finish you off here in an act of mercy. Would you like that?" Evolia joked back.

Ruth thought for a moment. "As long as it was you, and I could force Wodahs down with me, perhaps." she said, trotting through the forest.

Evolia let out a small snort of laughter, despite the sting at harming her brother. But it was just a joke, right?
Flciking her tail, Evolia sat on the log and watched her brother. Ruth could go on, even though she could get hopelessly lost, but she wouldn't leave her stubborn bro in the muck.
Suddenly, movement caught her eye. Turning her head, Evolia just saw a small quiver in the mud nearby were her brother was. It looked almost like a dorsal fin...
"Ruth!" Evolia snapped, fur bristling on end.

Ruth turned, and hurried back to Evolia. "What is it?" she asked, but trailed off when she spotted the "fin". "Oh great mother. Oh holy Goddess." she muttered, franticly searching the muck for more. "Are those what I think they are? WODAHS! Hurry up! Get on the logs, and come here!" she called, her voice the only sound besides sucking mud as Wodahs crossed the marsh.

"What pride comes from running?" He said grinning. "I'll just fight it!"

Ruth was fuming. "NO, YOU BLITHERING IDIOT!" she shouted, leaping in and dragging him to safe ground, her eyes glowing red. "You can't kill those things!"
