Zaid shut and locked the door behind him. There was a note on the floor and he opened it and read it silently. It read; Dear customer, there was no answer when I was to deliver your room service. I will take the cost off the bill and thank you for your service. Zaid snorted and dropped the note on the bed. "That guy must have been mad". Zaid dug through Xaria's First Aid kit and found some gauze and rubbing alcohol. He went to the washroom and brought back the roll of toilet paper.

Xaria sat up on the bed, wincing lightly in pain. "Who gets fixed up first? Me or you?" She asked, looking over at him. She swung her legs over the side of the bad, tired already from everything.

Zaid grimaced at Xaria and said "You look a lot more banged up than me so, you" he said smiling weakly. He dabbed the toilet paper in rubbing alcohol to clean her scratches and bullet wounds. "This is going to sting a lot" Zaid warned.

Xaria nodded, her nose wrinkling and she looked at him, bracing herself. No matter how many times she went through it, it always hurt her.

Zaid wrapped some toilet paper around his hand over and over and then put pressure on her leg wound. It was still bleeding and, the most important thing to do to make it stop. He kept his hand their for quiet awhile then, took it off carefully. Then, he rubbed it with the rubbing alcohol.

Xaria's eyes screwed shut, her teeth clenching in pain as tears came to her eyes. She let out a whimper, her hands grasping at his shirt. She bit her lip to keep other sounds from coming through.

Zaid furrowed his brow. "Don't cry" he said biting his lip. He hated when people cried. The bleeding was started to stop but he help the tissue there anyway.

Xaria bit her lip, trying to hold back the pain filled tears and sobs. She wiped away the ones falling down her cheeks quickly. She gasped as another sharp pain shot through her leg when she shifted and buried her head in his chest. She didn't want him to see her cry again.

Zaid put on hand on her back and released his hand slowly off the wound. It had stopped bleeding now but, he stayed silent. He knew what it felt like to have that happening to him. He shifted on his other leg, it was starting to bother him to stand on it.

Xaria pulled away. She sighed when she realised they were far from being finished. She pulled off her shirt so he could tend to the scratches that lined her torso, wincing as her broken arm slipped from her sleeve. And then she had to clean him up too. The cut on her cheek had stopped bleeding now.
