Scott rubbed his head and smiled weakly. "Sorry, didn't see you there." he said, bending to pick up the papers he had dropped.

"Its fine." Lexi rubbed her sore head. "My fault, sorry. You're Scott right?"

"Yeah. And you're Lexi, of Slytherin right?" he asked, holding out his empty hand,

"Yeah. What house are you in? I'm also the Quidditch captain." She smirked proudly and shook his hand gingerly.

Zark finally finished up his preparations, and casted one last spell, to prevent anyone other than him and Lexi from entering the room.

"Ravenclaw. What about you? And I'm in line to be the captain of our Quidditch." he said with a smile.

Zark then headed back upstairs, finding Lexi and Scott talking. Curiosity got the better of him, and he hid behind a pillar, eavesdropping.

"Like you guessed, slytherin." Lexi said and crossed her arms. Her snake flicked his tongue at Scott and inched closer.

Zark leaned against the pillar, tucking his wand into his pocket as he listened.

"I've been around, so I know alot of the students. But I don't believe me and you have ever had a one-on-one conversation like this before." He looked at the snake and flicked his tongue.
