"Jazz and the Twins got attacked by Starscream and Deathclaw. Then this femme saves him and everyone is all friendly with her." Cliffjumper explained, clearly annoyed by all of it. "I'm telling you now, don't trust her. She'll betray us one day."

"it can't be that bad.
i mean i'm neutral and everyone's okay with that."
jolt drive tried to get Cliffjumper to have a better attitude towards the situation
but her visor registering Cliff's annoyed expression and her cousin's comment made her drop trying to do that,
seeing as it wasn't the appropriate approach to the problem.

hearing his cousin try and take a different approach to the problem, he stepped in
"Jolt Drive, this is a decepticon who switched sides.
not the same thing" he told her before looking at cliff.
"is she in a space with high surveillance within the Ark?' he asked Cliffjumper

"The med bay." Cliffjumper said, folding his arms. "Overheard Hide tell Ratchet that she had a panic attack or something. Probably just an act to steal information."


In the med bay, the sedative started to wear off. Nightshade moaned softly as she came too, optics flickering on.

Jazz stood up with a wince. While he’d been patched up, he was still sore. “Welcome back to the land of processing. Feeling better?” He asked, giving the femme a comforting smile. Ironhide stood as well, relieved that Nightshade had finally woken up.

“You have us quite a scare. Sorry for the tranquilizer; we were afraid you’d hurt yourself.” The older mech said, his optics showing the concern he felt. “Ratchet wanted to stay until you woke up, but we sent him out. Figured you didn’t want his old mug to see the first thing you see.” He chuckled.

Jolt Drive thought about the situation and had some numbers put into her visor
her visor calculated the percentage of attempted escape
when Mirage mentioned that if Ironhide was there, it shouldn't be an issue
"there is a percentage of 80-90% of her attempted escape to be a failure." she told him

Mirage thought
"look, if Irohide's there. we should be okay.
he's got that name for a reason, if she does attempt to escape he'll catch on and catch her"
he told his comrade with ease.
when jolt gave the statistics he gestured to her.
"see? not a thing to worry about."

"I'm alright." Nightshade replied, carefully sitting up. "I didn't...hurt anyone during my panic, did I?" She asked, clearly worried that she had without being aware of it.

Cliffjumper huffed in reply. He didn't care about the numbers of her succeeding or failing, he just knew she'd try something one day. "Just watch your back around her."

“Don’t you worry, no one got hurt. Ironhide wouldn’t stop pacing though. I think that’s the most I’ve seen him move in a while.” Jazz said, giving her a playful wink under his visor. He was trying to cheer up the worried femme.

Ironhide elbowed Jazz, careful not to be too rough. The special ops. agent had been damaged enough for one day. “Watch it, Jazz. I haven’t forgotten that rust comment you made earlier.”

other than the talking, the place was quiet
"where's everyone else?" she asked
she got along withe everyone just fine and picked up on routine patterns
it was also strange that it was quiet.

when his cousin asked about everyone he nodded
"yeah, i noticed the base was a bit quiet than usual.
is everything else okay, besides the event you mentioned?"

"Spitfire said something about getting back at Sunstreaker. That prank war must still be going on." Cliffjumper replied. "Tink's probably in the med bay or doing some nerd stuff."

Nightshade sighed softly in relief. At least everything was okay, aside from unintentionally making them worry about her. "I didn't mean to cause concern for everyone, it just...happened."

“It’s alright. You aren’t the first bot to have a reaction like that.” Ironhide said. Jazz nodded in agreement. “There’s a war going on, after all. PTSD is quite common, actually. You don’t have anything to be ashamed if.”

Ironhide helped Nightshade to her feet. “Let’s get you out of here. Find something to take your mind off of things.” Jazz stretched, popping his stiff joints. “I second that. I’ve been in the medical bay way too long, and I’m sure Spitfire is going to throw a fit if she doesn’t see me soon.”
