Jeff grinned, carefully forcing all the water away from invading his lungs. He swam around her, trying to find a pattern in how she swam. Finding none, he swam in random directions. But somewhere in the back of his mind, something wasn't right. Something was just wrong, but it was hard to place.

Gale started twirling in the water. You could feel the pull from the wurl pool she was creating. She kept going faster and faster.

Soon Jeff could feel the small tug from the water. It greww stronger and stronger so he eventually tried to move away from it. But it tugged him right back, so he went along with it. What was so bad about swimming in circles?
