The tall Russian took the envelope, thanking Matthew for it in his language. He quickly tucked it into a pocket on the inside of his thick winter coat, before setting off, walking down the street, with his scarf trailing behind him.

A few minutes of silent walk ended up as a familiar scarf was spotted walking down the street. The white haired male smiled widely, hurrying over and resisting the urge to jump on the tall male's back. " 'ello, Ivan." He greeted with a smile as he caught up to him. "Busy day? Da, anyway, you have anything for me to do? Please say yes, pease say yes, pease say yes.." He begged tugging on the male's sleeve a little, smiling through his excited high pitched young voice.

Description -- rather tall for his age, he is 5'11" with white hair and a strip of hair in front of his face reaches down to his nose. The sides of his head are shaved and are a darker black color. He is pale and his skin is easily bruised, cut, and harmed. Kuniko's outfit toggles between a green military uniform and a more comfortable one sided green robe on his left side, the sleeve extends over his arm. His shirt is a black, sleeveless muscle shirt. His pants are also black and is bunched above his boot. He wears grey knee high boots that are open toed.

Personality: reserved and shut off from society, he is kind and warm hearted if you really get to know him. He fights with a fiery passion if you get in his way and would die protecting his friends or for a cause he believes in. Kuniko is a big softie but can be a cold hard killer if need be.

History: as a younger kid, he lost his brother to a car accident. Kuniko was traumatized and he blames himself for the accident. He has small wooden dolls that look like puppets ( in my original story line, he is a puppeteer) it's controversial whether these dolls actually transform into much larger puppets, he is mostly mute and refuses to talk. He uses his hands to channel his feelings and is very awkward in conversation. Arthur found him and decided he had a useful talent (not only that but he believed Kinuko was someone like England himself)

History: twin to Kinai, he was the least favored twin out of the pair but Kinai was always attached to Ianik. The two were inseparable until Ianik was disowned after announcing he sexuality, his twin brother tried to follow him but Ianik made sure Kinai has safe at home. He yearns for his brother and on certain days, he breaks down and cries regretting the day he left. ( May or may not add Kinai to this rp, I probably will but in an enemy mafia or a civilian.

[Matthew gave Russia a folder holding some rumors / info on mafia's - and now Matthew will be heading over to the vargas family to give them the same folder with minor changes - Ashley and England are at england's home - Russia and Siberia are talking - and Prussia is open ... i think thats everything? if i missed something please tell me guys XD ]

The woman gave a gentle nod toward the driver, but waved the umbrella off as she opened her own ... it was an odd one - the outside was a gloomy black as any other umbrella ... but it was the inside of the umbrella that was different. It held a painted blue sky with shimmering white clouds, and a bright sun. She soon walked up toward the steps, and to the door, heel's gently clicking against the pavement as she walked. Soon, she reached the doorway and stood there for a moment, closing the umbrella. She then ducked into the house carefully, fixing her suit and hat. "I will be sure to tell him so, Mr. Kirkland ... but now, besides the fact of business, i would like to ask you a more personal question." she said simply, voice as stiff as ever. Though, for a brief moment, she looked to the man with her violet eyes and gave a very faint smile. '... how have you been, Arthur?" she asked, voice a bit more gentle.
