Kanix sat peacefully reading a book in the open communal-room-thing on the Milano. She sighed, turning the page with a dry rustle as her eyes scanned the text in front of her. She had needed to take her mind off of the new problem, the Infinity Stone. It was something to break their streak of nothing, but it was also an incredibly dangerous distraction. Kanix turned another page as she continued to read.

My angry scowl turned into an amused grin as I watched Adam stumble backwards into the fountain. I walked over to him and looked down, "That's why you don't throw bags of rocks at people!" I told him, offering a hand, up and out of the water. Him falling into the fountain had caused my anger to dissipate in place of amusement, I'd had no idea that he would end up in the fountain but I had certainly found it to be good enough pay back!
